The year of dictation for the unbelievers coincides with the year of testing the believers
The year of dictating and luring unbelievers often coincides
With the year of testing and scrutinizing believers
The right of the unbelievers will not be achieved except after the scrutiny of the believers
And preparing them to take over the authority after the unbelievers are destroyed
Otherwise, if the unbelievers are corrected before the believers are prepared
Who will succeed them then?
God Almighty said
And God will purify those who believe and annihilate the disbelievers
So God Almighty mentioned scrutiny before the judge
Perhaps the two years appear in two consecutive verses in Surah Al Imran
Which indicates their simultaneity and inseparability
And one prepares for the other
God Almighty said
And let those who disbelieve not think that We give them hope that is best for themselves
We only give them dictation so that they may increase in sin
And they will have a humiliating torment
God would not leave the believers in the state you are in
To distinguish the bad from the good
