In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari Surat Ibrahim In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Their messengers said, “Is there any doubt in God?” Creator of the heavens and the earth He calls you to forgive you of your sins and delay you Indefinitely They said, "You are only human beings like us." You want to repel us? You want to repel us? What our fathers worshiped They brought us clear authority She said: Messengers of the nations whose messengers came to her Is there any doubt in God that He is the one who deserves divinity and worship from you people? Creator of the heavens and the earth He calls you to unite and obey Him He may cover up some of your sins by pardoning them He will prolong your time until the time in which it was written in the Mother of the Book that He will arrest you And the nations said to them You, O people, are nothing but human beings like us in appearance and form And you are not angels You only want to distract us with your words from worshiping the idols that our fathers worshiped Bring us an argument for what you say Show us its truth and validity Their messengers said to them: We are only human beings like you We are only human beings like you But God bestows favor on whomever He wishes of His servants It is not for us to bring you any authority except with God’s permission And in God let the believers put their trust The messengers said We are only human beings But God is gracious to whomever He wishes among His creation He guides him and guides him to the truth It is not possible for us to bring you an argument or proof for what we are calling you to Except God commands us to do so In God, let those who believe in Him and obey Him trust Him We trust in Him and trust in Him Why should we not rely on God when He has guided us to our paths? And we will be patient over what you have harmed us And in God let those who trust put their trust We can only trust Him, His sufficiency, and His defense of us And let us be patient over what you have harmed us for the sake of God And for the harm we are facing from you And in God, let him trust in Him who has confidence in His creation As for whoever is a disbeliever, his guardian is Satan And those who disbelieved said to their messengers We will expel you from our land Or to return to our religion Then their Lord revealed to them, “Let us destroy the wrongdoers.” And those who disbelieved in God said to their messengers who were sent to them We will expel you from our country and expel you from it Unless you become accustomed to the religion we follow of worshiping idols So their Lord revealed to them We will destroy those who wronged themselves So they made it necessary for her to be punished by God for their disbelief It may be that they were called the oppressors For their worship of idols and gods that it is not permissible to worship It would be unjust for them to place worship in a wrong place And We will certainly make you dwell in the land after them. This is for him who fears My position and fears My threat. This is a promise from God to His prophets: victory over the infidels of their people We will make you live in the land after them This is what I do for whoever fears his position in my hands He feared my threat, so he obeyed me and avoided my anger I will grant him victory over my enemies He destroyed his enemy and bequeathed to him his land and his home And every stubborn tyrant was defeated The messengers sought help from her people Every arrogant and unjust person who refuses to acknowledge the monotheism of God and sincere worship of Him has perished Behind him is Hell, and he will be made to drink of purulent water He swallows it and can hardly swallow it, and death comes to him from everywhere Death comes to him from everywhere, but he is not dead And behind it is a boiling torment From before every mighty man, hell will they turn away It is watered with pus and blood He sips it and hardly disdains it due to the intensity of his hatred He is thirsty Death comes to him from before him, from behind him, from his right and his left And from every part of his body And he is not dead Because his soul does not go out and he dies and rests He does not live to hang himself in the throat It does not return to its place And in front of the torment he is in, there is a boiling torment Like those who disbelieved in their Lord Their deeds are like ashes blown by the wind on a stormy day They cannot gain anything from what they have earned That is far-fetched misguidance Like the deeds of those who disbelieved in their Lord on the Day of Resurrection Like ashes blown by the wind on a stormy day and blown away They find nothing of benefit to them in the sight of God Because they were not doing it for God That is a clear mistake Far from the right path Have you not seen that God created the heavens and the earth with truth? If He wills, He will take you away and bring about a new creation And that is not too dear to God Did you not see, O Muhammad, with the eyes of your heart? So you know that God created the heavens and the earth with truth He created it alone, without a supporter or an appointee He who created this alone If He wishes, He may take you away and dissuade you I will go and annihilate you And another creation will come in your place What is your disappearance and annihilation? And the creation of another creation by God is impossible and impossible And they all appeared to God The weak said to those who were arrogant We were your followers Are you singers? We have escaped from God’s punishment in any way They said, “If God had guided you, we would have guided you.” Whether we are afraid or patient, we have no recourse Those who disbelieved in him will appear on the Day of Resurrection from their graves So they became excreed from the ground entirely She said: “One of them will be sold to the followers who were arrogant in sincerity in worshiping God.” We were your followers We follow your command to worship idols and disbelieve in God Are you defending us today from God’s punishment? She told the leaders to disbelieve in God in order to follow her If God made clear to us something with which we could repel His torment on our behalf today We have made that clear to you so that you may ward off the torment from yourselves But we were frightened by the torment, but it did not benefit us. We were frightened by it and patient with it Whether we are afraid or patient, we have nothing to desire When the matter was decided, Satan said, “God promised you a true promise.” I promised you but I broke your promise I had no authority over you except that I called you and you responded to me Don't blame me, blame yourselves I am not your screamer, and you are not my screamer For I disbelieved in what you associated with me before The wrongdoers will have a painful punishment Satan said: When the people of Paradise enter Paradise and the people of Hell Hell God has promised you, O followers, Hell I promised you victory So I broke my promise to you And God fulfilled His promise to you In what I promised you of support, I had no proof against you to prove the truth of my words against you However, I call you to obey me and disobey God So you answered my prayer Don't blame me for your answer Blame yourselves for it I will not help you Nor can you save me from the punishment of God, so I can save myself from it I denied that I would be a partner with God in what you included me in of worship before in this world Indeed, those who disbelieve in God will have a painful punishment And those who believe and do righteous deeds will be admitted into gardens beneath which rivers flow And include those who believed God and His Messenger and acted in obedience to God Orchards under which rivers flow, in which they will remain forever They entered it by God's command for them to enter, and their greeting was peace Didn't you see how God struck her? A good word is like a good tree whose root is firm and whose branches are in the sky It bears fruit at all times, with the permission of its Lord And God strikes her, and God strikes her, and God strikes her, and God strikes her, and God strikes her Did you not see, O Muhammad, with the eyes of your heart? So learn how God is like an example and something similar Like believing in him as a tree with good fruit The root of this tree is fixed in the ground Its highest point is high towards the sky armp armp 화 m하고 Then he catches the eye of your heart High up towards the sky It is fed with whatever fruit is eaten every morning and evening And every hour is at the command of its Lord God presents examples to people So that they may remember God’s argument against them and take it into account And they are repelled from their disbelief in Him So multiply what this tree produces every once in a while in terms of food For example, the believer’s actions and words There is no doubt that every day the believer is rewarded with good deeds and words An evil word is like an evil tree uprooted from the earth It uprooted from the earth what had no stability The example of polytheism in God is like a malicious tree Uprooted from the ground This tree has no stability and no root in the earth upon which it can stand and stand Rather, I struck this tree that God described with this characteristic For example, for the infidel to disbelieve and associate with him There is no stability for the disbelief of the infidel and his work on earth There is no elevator in heaven God strengthens those who believe with the firm word in this life and in the afterlife And God misleads the wrongdoers And God does whatever He wants God fulfills the deeds and faith of those who believe By believing in God and His Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, in this worldly life And in the afterlife in their graves When they are asked about their belief in monotheism and belief in His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace God does not help the hypocrite and the unbeliever in this life and in the afterlife In the hands of God is guidance and misguidance Do not deny, O people, his ability For in His hand is the direction of His creation and the upturn of their hearts He does whatever he wants to them Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
