And what a pot of honey
So I took the milk
He said, “It is the nature that you and your nation follow.”
In the narration of Imam Muslim
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Then he raised the house for me
So I said, “O Gabriel, what is this?”
He said: This is the famous house
Seventy thousand angels enter it every day
If they leave it, they will no longer have anything to do with it
Then I was given two vessels
One is wine and the other is milk
So they offered to me
So I chose milk
It was said: You have been injured, may God reward you
Your nation is on instinct
Al-Hafiz said in Al-Fath
Possibly the secret lies in it
What happened on some of the paths of the Night Journey
He, may God bless him and grant him peace, was thirsty
He preferred milk over anything else
Because it fulfills his need
Without wine and honey
This is the original reason for preferring milk
However, it coincided with its predominance over them in several respects
Sidra Al-Muntaha
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Then he took me to Sidra Al-Muntaha
Its leaves are like the ears of elephants
And behold, its fruit is small
When God’s command overshadowed her, she changed
No one of God’s creation can describe it as beautiful
In the narration of Imam Bukhari
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Then he set off with me until he reached Sidra Al-Muntaha
And it is covered in colours, I don't know what they are
And in Sahih Muslim
Abdullah bin Masoud, may God be pleased with him, recited the Almighty’s saying
As it covers the Sidra what covers it
He said: A bed of gold
