A summary of the concepts of Ahl al-Sunnah.
Taking the concessions for the vulnerable has controls, the most important of which are:
First, the varying capacities of the vulnerable and their degree of endurance.
This is according to the weakness or strength of their faith.
Second, verifying that severe harm has occurred.
Which permits one to resort to prohibited actions.
Third, differentiating between the vulnerability of a followed scholar.
And the vulnerability of those below him.
For what may be permissible for a follower may not be permissible for the leader.
Fourth, necessity is estimated according to its measure.
Fifth, not relying on the state of vulnerability and its rulings.
As if it were permanent and would not cease.
Rather, it should be viewed as a temporary, emergent condition.
One strives to remove it as much as possible.
And to prepare the strength for that.
Sixth, that the conditions of vulnerability do not lead to violating a fundamental principle of Sharia.
Or confusing truth with falsehood.
