The meaning of cheating is general and not limited
Fraud is not limited to sales and trade
Although it is the most famous of its masts
The Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace

Whoever cheats is not of me
Narrated by Muslim
So he released the fraud
He did not restrict it to sale
He did not limit it to it
He is the same person, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said
There is no guardian who can protect the Muslims
He dies cheating on them
Unless God forbids him Paradise
Agreed
And the ruler cheated on his subjects
Not in sales and trade
Rather, he does not advise them
And not caring for them and taking care of their interests in all their affairs
Both religious and secular
Among that is his ruling according to other than what God has revealed
It is one of the biggest frauds
Because he cheated in advice and religion
Among them is leaving the innovator to his innovation
And the one who goes astray is astray
The scholars abandoned advising the sultans and princes
Sultans also leave advice to their subjects
