What is the reward for suppressing one's anger?
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
"Whoever suppresses their anger while fully capable of acting upon it,
Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, will call them out before all of creation on the Day of Resurrection,
and allow them to choose whichever of the *hur* they desire."
