We will marry you to any woman from the Quraish you wish

I sold my wife, Zainab, the daughter of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
With money for my ransom
And I sold her necklace with him
Her mother was Khadija, may God be pleased with her
I brought it in on me
When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw the necklace
He was very tender to her
And he said
Zainab sent this money to ransom her husband
If you decide to release her prisoner
And give her her money back
So do it
The Companions said
Yes, and a blessing in mind, O Messenger of God
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, made a condition
To send his daughter Zainab to him without delay
I did not reach Mecca
Until she took the initiative to fulfill his promise
So I ordered Zainab to prepare to join her father
I left her with the intensity of my love for her
He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Tell me and believe me
He promised me and fulfilled it
And since it was before the conquest
I went out in trade to the Levant with my own money and a lot of money belonging to the Quraysh
When I came back
You found me a secret for Muslims
They injured what was with me in the caravan
So I was able to escape from them
So they brought what they had found to the city
And I arrived at the cover of the night
Until I entered upon Zainab, may God be pleased with her
So I hired her
My trade
When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, learned of this
He sent to the secret forces who attacked Mali
He said to them
This man is one of us, as you have learned
You have received money from him
If they improve, you will return it
We love that
Even if you refuse
May God bless you
You are more deserving of it
And they said
Rather, we return it, O Messenger of God
Return it all
So I took him and took him to Mecca
So I gave everyone his money
Then I said
O people of Quraysh!
Do any of you have anything left for me?
They said no
We found you loyal and generous
So I said
I bear witness that there is no god but God
And that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger
By God, what prevented me from converting to Islam with him
Except for fear that you will think
I only wanted to eat your money
Then I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
