Because it is a deception worse than the sin of hunting on the Sabbath itself
As for the tricks that are prescribed
It is what leads to the fulfillment of the law and the fulfillment of rights

This type of trick is praiseworthy and legitimate
An example of this is what the Prophet of God, Joseph, peace be upon him, did
From the trick of putting the king's coins in his brother's possessions
