May God protect him
Peace of Hudaybiyyah
When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, released these seventy
Quraysh sent Suhail bin Omar
And with him is Huwaytab bin Abdul Azza
Mukarz bin Hafs
To reconcile with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Provided that this year of theirs returns from them
It will be performed for Umrah next year
They agreed on other matters
Imam Ahmad narrated it in his Musnad with a good chain of transmission
On the authority of Al-Miswar bin Makhramah and Marwan bin Al-Hakam
He said that the Quraysh sent Suhail bin Omar
One of the Banu Amer bin Luay
They said, “Come to Muhammad and he will be reconciled.”
There will be no peace with him unless he returns from us this year
By God, the Arabs never say that they entered upon us forcefully
So Suhail bin Omar came to him
When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw him
He said that the people wanted peace
When they sent this man
When he reached the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
He spoke and spoke at length
He retreated until peace was reached between them
The two parties agreed on the most important matters
What Imam Ahmad narrated in his Musnad with a good chain of transmission
On the authority of Al-Miswar bin Makhramah and Marwan bin Al-Hakam
He said: This is what Muhammad bin Abdullah Suhail bin Omar agreed upon
This year will come back to us
Do not enter Mecca for us
And if it is general, it is possible
We left you
So you enter it with your friends
I stayed there for three days
You have a mounted weapon
لا تدخلها بغير السيوف في القرب
And in the narration of Imam Al-Bukhari in his Sahih
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Provided that you leave the House between us and us, so we will circumambulate it
Suhail said
By God, the Arabs do not say that we took a hit
ولكن ذلك من العام المقبل

He said that they had been waiting for the war situation for ten years

قال وكان في شرطهم حين كتبوا الكتاب
Whoever wishes to enter into Muhammad's contract and covenant may enter into it
Whoever wishes to enter into the Quraysh contract and their covenant may enter into it
Khuza'ah stood firm and said:
نحن في عقد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وعهده
وتواثبت بنو بكر فقالوا نحن في عقد قريش وعهدهم
Imam Bukhari narrated in his Sahih
On the authority of Al-Miswar bin Makhramah and Marwan bin Al-Hakam
Suhail bin Omar said
And no man from among us will come to you, even if he follows your religion
Unless you returned it to us
وفي رواية الإمام مسلم في صحيحه
On the authority of Anas, may God be pleased with him, he said
فاشترطوا على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
أن من جاء منكم لم نرده عليكم
ومن جاءكم منا رددتموه علينا
They said, O Messenger of God, should we write this?
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Yes, he was the one of us who went to them and God kept him away
And whoever of them comes to us, God will provide relief and a way out for him
روى الشيخان في صحيحيهما واللفظ لمسلم
عن البراء بن عازب رضي الله عنهما قال
لما أحصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عند البيت
صالحه أهل مكة على أن يدخلها
يعني في العام القادم فيقيم بها ثلاثة
ولا يدخلها إلا بجلبان السلاح السيف وقرابه
He does not take any of its people out with him
ولا يمنع أحد يمكث بها ممن كان معه
أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أصحابه بالتحلن
When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, finished
من صلح الحديبية قال لأصحابه
قوموا فانحروا ثم احلقوا فما قام منهم رجل
حتى قال ذلك ثلاث مرات
فلما لم يقم منهم أحد دخل على أم سلمة رضي الله عنها
He mentioned to her what he had encountered from the people
فقالت رضي الله عنها يا نبي الله أتحب ذلك
أخرج ثم لا تكلم أحدا منهم كلمة
حتى تنحربدنك وتدعو حالقك فيحلقك
Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, left
فلم يكلم أحدا منهم حتى فعلى ذلك
We killed him and called his barber and he shaved him
When they saw that, they got up and slaughtered themselves
وجعل بعضهم يحلقوا بعضا حتى كاد يقتلوا بعضا غما
قال الحافظ ابن كثير فلم يفعلوا
Waiting to copy until he came out and shaved his head
So the people did
He called the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Three times for those who shave their hair, and once for those who cut their hair short

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
On the day of Hudaybiyyah, the men shaved their heads and others fell short
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
May God have mercy on those who shave
They said, O Messenger of God, and those who fall short
He said, “May God have mercy on those who shave their hair.”
They said, O Messenger of God, and those who fall short
He said, “May God have mercy on those who shave their hair.”
They said, O Messenger of God, and those who fall short
He said: And the negligent ones
Then the Companions, may God be pleased with them, slaughtered their sacrificial animal
Imam Muslim narrated in his Sahih
On the authority of Jabir Ibn Abdullah, may God be pleased with them both, he said
We sacrificed our sacrifice with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the year of Hudaybiyyah
A camel is paid for seven, and a cow is paid for seven
Ibn Hibban narrated in his Sahih with an authentic chain of transmission
On the authority of Jabir, may God be pleased with him, he said
On the day of Hudaybiyyah, we slaughtered seventy camels
Al-Badna for seven
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
The group participates in the sacrifice
Imam Al-Tirmidhi said
This is acted upon according to the scholars among the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others
They see the camels for seven and the cow for seven
This is the opinion of Sufyan al-Thawri, al-Shafi’i, and Ahmad
