She became his wife without the need to renew a contract or a guardian
This is the apparent doctrine of Ahmad and many hadith scholars
The sect said
This is specific to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
It is what God has designated for him in marriage, not the female slave
This is the saying of the three nation and those who agreed with them
The first statement is correct
Because the origin is lack of jurisdiction
Until evidence is based on it
God Almighty did not single him out for marrying a gifted woman
He said in it
Sincerely for you, apart from the believers
This was not said in Al-Mu'taqa
Nor did he, may God bless him and grant him peace, say it
To end the nation’s sympathy with him in that
God Almighty allowed him to marry the wife of his adopted son
Because there is no blame on the nation in marrying the spouses of those they adopted
This indicates that if he gets married
Let his nation follow him in it
Unless it comes from God and His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace
Text with specialization and severance
This is apparent
And to decide this issue and extend the protest therein
And deciding that such a thing is permissible
It requires principles and analogy
