00:00:00.180 --> 00:00:08.769
A summary of the concepts held by the Ahl al-Sunnah.

00:00:08.769 --> 00:00:12.470
The tribulation of the rulers.

00:00:12.470 --> 00:00:16.469
Many scholars among the salaf feared this tribulation.

00:00:16.469 --> 00:00:18.469
They warned against it.

00:00:18.469 --> 00:00:22.469
It is most severe when it affects scholars and callers to Islam.

00:00:22.469 --> 00:00:24.469
Its ultimate consequence is the corruption of the religion.

00:00:24.469 --> 00:00:27.469
And the concealment of the truth or the veiling of it with falsehood.

00:00:27.469 --> 00:00:31.500
For the sake of a fleeting worldly gain.

00:00:31.500 --> 00:00:34.500
The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:

00:00:34.500 --> 00:00:38.539
"Whoever approaches the doors of the rulers will be put to trial."

00:00:38.539 --> 00:00:41.539
It was recorded by Abu Dawud, al-Tirmidhi, and Ahmad.

00:00:41.539 --> 00:00:43.539
And it was authenticated by al-Albani.

00:00:45.240 --> 00:00:48.240
A summary of the concepts held by the Ahl al-Sunnah.
