Ramadan Hadiths
On the authority of Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, who said:
We were with the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, on a journey.
Some of us were fasting, and some of us were not.
He said: We stopped at a place on a very hot day.
Those of us with the most shade were those who had cloaks.
Others among us shielded themselves from the sun with their hands.
He said: The fasting ones collapsed from exhaustion.
The non-fasting ones stood up, pitched the tents, and watered the mounts.
Then the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said:
The non-fasting ones have taken the reward today.
