From fully realizing the reality of both this world and the hereafter
Knowing the wisdom of preferring some people over others in worldly matters
It is to make each other subservient in work, crafts, and crafts
As God Almighty said
Most importantly, they swear the mercy of your Lord
We divided among them their livelihood in this worldly life
And We raised some of them above others in degrees, so that some of them might treat others as mockers
And the mercy of your Lord is better than what they gather
If people were equally wealthy and did not need each other
Many of their interests and benefits would be disrupted
No, their livelihood was spoiled
God Almighty made it clear that this preference applies only to worldly matters
As for the afterlife and its affairs, the criterion for preference in it is piety
The most honorable of you in the sight of God is the most pious of you
That is why God Almighty said after explaining the reason for worldly preference
And the mercy of your Lord is better than what they gather
And similar to what God Almighty said in Surat Yunus
Say, “By God’s grace and mercy,” let them rejoice in that
It is better than what they collect
And God Almighty said in Surat Al-Zakhr in itself after explaining the worldly distinction
And all of this is for the enjoyment of this worldly life
And the Hereafter with your Lord is for the righteous
