but she menstruated and did not become pure until the days of Mina. 00:08:17.339 --> 00:08:20.339 Thus, she did not perform a separate ‘Umrah. 00:08:20.339 --> 00:08:24.339 She requested this from the Prophet (peace be upon him), 00:08:24.339 --> 00:08:27.339 and he permitted her to perform the ‘Umrah from al-Tan‘im. 00:08:27.339 --> 00:08:29.439 And this, my sister performing Hajj, 00:08:29.439 --> 00:08:32.440 applies to every woman who arrives in Makkah, 00:08:32.440 --> 00:08:35.440 then menstruates before performing the rites of ‘Umrah, 00:08:35.440 --> 00:08:38.440 and then Hajj overtakes her while she is in the state of Ihram. 00:08:38.440 --> 00:08:43.440 She should stop the acts of ‘Umrah and declare the intention (talbiyah) for Hajj. 00:08:43.440 --> 00:08:45.440 Then, (peace be upon him) ordered her 00:09:18.440 --> 00:09:21.440 to enter into Ihram for Hajj and waive the ‘Umrah. 00:09:21.440 --> 00:09:25.440 That is why our Mother ‘A’ishah used to refer 00:09:25.440 --> 00:09:27.440 to this ‘Umrah 00:09:27.440 --> 00:09:32.440 with phrases indicating that it was in place of the ‘Umrah she did not complete. 00:09:32.440 --> 00:09:36.539 Our Mother
