Chapter on the prohibition of torture with fire in every animal, even an ant and the like
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said
We sent the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on a mission
He said: If you find so-and-so and so-and-so to two men from Quraysh, he will name them
So they burned them with fire
Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said when we wanted to leave
I ordered you to burn so-and-so and so-and-so
And no one punishes with it except God
If you find them, kill them
Narrated by Al-Bukhari
One of the benefits of talking
Prohibition of torture by fire in this world or burning
It is permissible to judge something based on ijtihad and then withdraw from it
It is desirable to mention evidence when ruling to eliminate confusion
The hatred of killing like a flea or a lice in a fire
Evidence of copying year by year
Permissibility of deputation in establishing borders
A length of time does not remove the punishment from those who deserve it
It is permissible to copy the ruling before implementing it
Or before you can work on it
Evidence that torture by fire is one of God’s peculiarities
The infidels are tortured with it
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said:
We were with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on a journey
So he went to meet his needs
We saw Hamra with two chicks
So we took her two chicks
Then the red color came and made a throne
Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came and said
Who hurt this woman with her son?
Her son returned to her
He saw an ant village that we had burned
He said who burned this?
We said we
He said that no one should be tortured with fire except the Lord of Fire
Narrated by Abu Dawood
He said, “Ant village.”
It means the place of ants with ants

God Almighty said
God commands you to return trusts to their owners
And the Almighty said
If you trust one another, let him repay the blame for his trust
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
The view of the rich is unfair
And if one of you follows in full, let him follow

With us, I follow and refer
Delay means delaying what is due to be performed while being able to do so
Full of any rich person capable of fulfillment

Encouraging good dealings between people
Prohibition of defying religion
If he deserves it and is able to perform it
The squeezer does not imprison or demand until he facilitates
Guidance to abandon the conclusive reasons for the meeting of hearts
Because he discouraged procrastination
And it leads to that
The order to accept the transfer
Chapter: It is disliked for a person to return a gift that he did not hand over to the donee
In a gift he gave it to his son and whether he handed it over or did not hand it over
It is disliked for him to buy something as charity from the one to whom he is giving charity
Or pay it as zakat, atonement, or the like
There is no problem in purchasing it from someone else who has passed it on to me
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Who returns in his gift
Like a dog regurgitating its vomit
Agreed
And in a novel
Like the one who returns his charity
Like a dog vomiting
Then he returns to his vomit and eats it
And in a novel
The return is in his gift
Like a person returning to his vomit

It is not permissible for anyone to take back his gift or charity
The hadith clearly indicates prohibition
The emphasis was placed on the simile in several ways
The first is likening the person returning to a dog
The second is to compare what is referred to as what is said
This emphasis is more eloquent in rebuke
Prohibition is indicated by the word explicit prohibition
Because this simile indicates something bad
There is no evil for the believer
A Muslim should not be described as reprehensible
He resembles the vilest animals in his vilest conditions
Therefore, there was a narration in it
We are not as bad
Reprimand is more severe in its prohibition than its prohibition
A gift that is forbidden to be returned
She was nothing but a boy
This is evidenced by the hadith of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said
It is not permissible for a man to give or give a gift
Only the father can take back what he gives to his child
On the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, he said:
She was carried on a horse for the sake of God
He lost what he had
So I wanted to buy it
I thought he was selling it cheap
So I asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He said don't buy it
And do not count on your charity
And if he gives you a dirham
The one who returns to his charity is like the one who returns to his vomit
Agreed
He said: I was carried on a horse for the sake of God
It means I gave it in charity to some of the Mujahideen
He lost him, meaning he did not honor him with food
He failed in his service
One of the benefits of talking
His saying, may God bless him and grant him peace
And if he gives you a dirham
Evidence of ownership of the gift
Its owner is free to dispose of it
Selling a gift or charity to the donor
Or giving charity is forbidden
Prohibition of returning to charity
Explaining the virtue of pregnancy for the sake of God
And help in the invasion with everything
Chapter on confirming the prohibition of the orphan’s wealth
God Almighty said
Those who eat the money of orphans
They eat unjustly
There is fire in their bellies
And they will reach Hellfire
And the Almighty said
And do not approach the property of an orphan
Except what is better
And the Almighty said
And they ask you about orphans
Tell them to fix it is better
And if you mix with them, then they are your brothers
God knows the corrupter from the reformer
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said
Avoid the seven evils
They said, O Messenger of God
And what are they?
He said polytheism
And magic
And killing the soul that God has forbidden
Except with the truth
And eat usury
And eating the orphan's money
And take charge on the day of battle
And slandering chaste, believing, unaware women
Agreed
Deadly sins
The fortified ones
That is, chaste silks
It is not specific to married women
In fact, the rule of the firstborn also applies
Heedless ones
That is, those who are unaware of immoral acts
Taking over on the day of the march
That is, escaping from battle
When the Muslim army meets the army of infidels
One of the benefits of talking
Every sin is described in the text of a book
Or a year or consensus
It's big
Or great
Or tell about the severity of the punishment
Or the limit was imposed on him
Or stress the indefinite noun on it
He is big
The major sins are more than those mentioned
And who follows the Qur’an and Sunnah
He found it too
The greatest sin
Polytheism
To take God as an equal
And He created you
Mentions in the hadith
It is one of the greatest sins and the greatest of major sins
Guiding believers to the paths of goodness
And staying away from ugliness and evil
Transgressions become equally sinful before God
The word rebuke
The command to avoid
More severe in prohibition than prohibition
The spread of these evils in societies
One of the causes of misguidance and deviation
And dissolution and difference
Chapter on strengthening the prohibition of usury
God Almighty said
Those who eat usury
They only do what he does
The one who is tempted by Satan's touch
That's because they said
Selling is like usury
God permitted trade and forbade usury
Whoever receives an admonition from his Lord
Then he finished and got what he had done before
His command is up to God
And whoever returns, those are the ones
The companions of the Fire will remain therein forever
God eradicates usury and promotes charity
To what God Almighty says
O you who believe
Believe, fear God, and give up what remains of usury
As for the hadiths, there are many well-known and well-known hadiths in the Sahih
Including the previous hadith of Abu Hurairah in the chapter before it
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said:
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was cursed
The one who consumes usury and the one who pays it
