The expedition of Zaid bin Haritha, may God be pleased with him, to Al-Eis
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent Zaid bin Haritha, may God be pleased with him, with 70 and 100 riders.
This occurred in Jumada al-Awwal of the sixth year of the Hijra
The goal is to intercept a caravan of Quraysh coming from the Levant
It is led by Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with him
Husband of Zainab, daughter of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He was still a polytheist
They overtook it and took it and what was in it
They captured some people who were in the caravan
Among them is Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with him
They brought them to the city
So Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with him, sent
To Zainab, daughter of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Medina
She immigrated to the city
So he hired her
So she agreed
Al-Hakim narrated
Al-Tahawi explains the problem of antiquities
With a good chain of transmission
On the authority of Umm Salamah, may God be pleased with her, she said
Zainab is the daughter of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi sent to her
Take security from your father for me
So she went out and stuck her head out the door of her room
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, led the people in prayer in the morning
And she said
People
I am Zainab, the daughter of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
And I have rewarded Abu Al-Aas
When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, finished praying
He said
People
I didn't know about this until you heard it
Indeed, He treats the lowest Muslims with refuge
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, asked the people of the secret
Return the money they took from the caravan of Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with him
Without hating them
They returned everything they took from the caravan
The man even brought the bucket
It comes with shunnah and iladawah
Even the headband
Until they returned to him all of his property
Nothing is lost from it
The return of Abu Al-Aas, may God be pleased with him, to Mecca and his conversion to Islam
Then Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with him, returned to Mecca
So he gave each of the Quraysh people his money
And whoever was, it would be better for him
Then he said
O people of Quraysh!
Do any of you have any money left that he did not take?
They said no
May God reward you well
We found you loyal and generous
He said, may God be pleased with him
I bear witness that there is no god but God
And that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger
By God, what prevented me from converting to Islam with him
Except for fear that you will think that I only wanted to eat your money
When God gave it to you and you finished it
I converted to Islam
Then he left, may God be pleased with him
Until he came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Imam Al-Dhahabi said
He converted to Islam five months before Hudaybiyyah
Did the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, return Zainab to Abu Al-Aas with a new contract?
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, responded to Zainab, may God be pleased with her
By Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with him
On the first marriage
There was no testimony or friendship
Because the verse prohibits Muslim women from infidels
It wasn't a catarrh then
Narrated by Imam Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, replied to his daughter Zainab
Ali Abi Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with them both
Six years after the first marriage
There was no marriage
Imam Sindhi said
If it is said
His hadith is that he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, returned it to him after six years
The waiting period usually does not last this long
We said
Her conversion to Islam and her remaining a disbeliever did not affect the severance of the first marriage
Except after the revelation of the verse in the test
This was after the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah
So her marriage stopped
The waiting period has expired from the time of disembarking
Abu Al-Aas converted to Islam
A short time after Hudaybiyyah
So it is possible that her waiting period has not expired in most cases
It is as if the response was the first marriage for this reason
Imam Ibn al-Qayyim said
It is not known that the waiting period should be considered in any of the hadiths
Nor did the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, ask the woman
Has her waiting period expired or not?
There is no doubt that Islam was merely a sect
It was not a reactionary band, but a reconstructive band
The waiting period has no effect on the continuation of the marriage
Rather, its effect is to prevent her from marrying others
If Islam had accomplished the division between them
He was not more deserving of her waiting period
But what was indicated by his ruling, may God bless him and grant him peace
The marriage is suspended
If he converts to Islam before the end of her waiting period, then she is his wife
If her waiting period has expired, she may marry whomever she wishes
If she loved, she would wait for him
If he converts to Islam, she is his wife without the need to renew the marriage
We do not know of anyone who converted his marriage to Islam at all
Rather, the reality was one of two things
Either they separate and she marries someone else
Or it stays on it
Even if her conversion to Islam or his conversion to Islam is delayed
Musa bin Uqba went
Until the story of Abu Al-Aas bin Al-Rabi’, may God be pleased with him and his family
It took place after the Hudaybiyyah Truce
And those who attacked his convoy
They are Abu Basir, Abu Jandal, and their companions at the time of the Hudaybiyyah Truce
This was not by order of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Because they were sided with him by the sword of the sea
No Quraysh caravan passed by without them taking it
This is what Al-Zuhri said
Contrary to what Al-Waqidi said
And Ibn Saad in his classes
And other companions of the Maghazis
From the secret of Zaid bin Haritha, may God be pleased with him
She was the one who intercepted his convoy
Imam bin Al-Qayyim directed this
Imam bin Al-Qayyim said
Musa bin Uqba’s statement is more correct
Abu Al-Aas converted to Islam during the truce
Quraysh only expanded its forces to the Levant during the time of truce
Al-Zuhri’s context for the story
It appears that it was during the time of the truce
The longing for you has no limits
May God bless you as soon as the call is raised
