If ye help Allah, He will help you and will make your foothold firm.” (47:7) 00:05:12.100 --> 00:05:15.100 And make your feet firm. 00:05:15.100 --> 00:05:19.639 O you who have believed in Allah and His Messenger. 00:05:19.639 --> 00:05:21.639 “O ye who believe! If ye help Allah, He will help you and will make your foothold firm.” (47:7) 00:05:21.639 --> 00:05:24.639 Against His enemies from among the people of disbelief. 00:05:24.639 --> 00:05:29.339 And He will strengthen you against them so that you do not turn away from them. 00:05:29.339 --> 00:05:35.339 And as for those who disbelieve, may they be ruined, and may He cause their deeds to go astray. 00:05:35.339 --> 00:05:40.339 “That is because they are averse to that which Allah hath revealed, therefor maketh He their actions fruitless.” (47:9) 00:05:40.339 --> 00:05:43.339 He has rendered their deeds void. 00:05:43.339 --> 00:05:47.759 And those who disbelieve in Allah and deny His oneness. 00:05:47.759 --> 00:05:50.759 Then for them is disgrace, misery, and affliction. 00:05:50.759 --> 00:05:55.759 And He has made their deeds to be performed without guidance or uprightness. 00:05:55.759 --> 00:06:03.759 Because they disliked the Book that We revealed to our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and were displeased with it. 00:06:03.759 --> 00:06:07.759 So He nullified the deeds they performed in this world. 00:06:07.759 --> 00:06:09.759 And He will cast them into a blazing fire. 00:06:09.759 --> 00:06:15.779 A summary of the Tafsir of al-Tabari.
