The nuclear forty
On the authority of Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Omar bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
None of you believes until his desires are in accordance with what I have brought
This hadith indicates the perfection of faith
And that is a sign of sincerity of faith
That the Muslim submits his whims and desires to what the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, brought
From this and the law
He prioritizes obedience to God over the desires of the soul
Whenever a person agrees with the Sharia in his choice and whim
It was closer to complete faith
The hadith also encourages self-struggle and self-control
So that desires are not the ones controlling behavior
Rather, the balance of a Muslim is revelation and followers
