There was 00:05:19.430 --> 00:05:23.430 A well of fresh, sweet-tasting water, 00:05:23.430 --> 00:05:25.430 Owned by a Jew, 00:05:25.430 --> 00:05:27.430 Known as the Well of Rumah. 00:05:27.430 --> 00:05:30.430 So the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: 00:05:30.430 --> 00:05:32.430 "Whoever digs the Well of Rumah, 00:05:32.430 --> 00:05:34.430 For him is Paradise." 00:05:34.430 --> 00:05:36.430 And in another narration, he said: 00:05:36.430 --> 00:05:38.430 "Whoever buys the Well of Rumah, 00:05:38.430 --> 00:05:40.430 For him is Paradise." 00:05:40.430 --> 00:05:42.430 And here, longing crept 00:05:42.430 --> 00:05:44.430 Into the heart of ‘Uthman for Paradise. 00:05:44.430 --> 00:05:46.430 He had no desire other than that. 00:05:46.430 --> 00:05:48.430 He stepped forward 00:05:48.430 --> 00:05:50.430 To attain this great gain. 00:05:50.430 --> 00:05:52.430 He bargained with the owner 00:05:52.430 --> 00:05:55.430 To sell it to him, and he sold it. 00:05:55.430 --> 00:05:57.680 He asked him to sell half of it, 00:05:57.680 --> 00:05:59.680 And he bought the half 00:05:59.680 --> 00:06:01.680 For 12,000 dirhams. 00:06:01.680 --> 00:06:03.680 Then had no more right to the well 00:06:23.779 --> 00:06:26.779 Than the poorest of the Muslims. 00:06:26.779 --> 00:06:28.779 This was the first purchase. 00:06:28.779 --> 00:06:30.779 As for the second purchase, 00:06:30.779 --> 00:06:34.160 It was in the ninth year of the Hijrah. 00:06:34.160 --> 00:06:39.160 The news reached the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, 00:06:39.160 --> 00:06:41.160 Of the intention of the Roman Emperor 00:06:41.160 --> 00:06:43.160 To invade the Arabian Peninsula, 00:06:43.160 --> 00:06:45.160 To kill the religion 00:06:45.160 --> 00:06:47.160 And annihilate the Muslims. 00:06:47.160 --> 00:06:49.160 So the noble Prophet, 00:06:49.160 --> 00:06:52.160 Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, called out, 00:06:52.160 --> 00:06:55.160 Calling the Muslims to Jihad. 00:06:55.160 --> 00:06:57.420 And because of the distance, 00:06:57.420 --> 00:06:59.420 The Prophet specified for them, 00:06:59.420 --> 00:07:02.420 He specified their destination so they could prepare. 00:07:02.420 --> 00:07:04.420 Their destination was Tabuk. 00:07:04.420 --> 00:07:05.420 And the Muslims 00:07:05.420 --> 00:07:07.420 Were suffering from drought and famine, 00:07:07.420 --> 00:07:09.420 And the heat of the sun was scorching. 00:07:09.420 --> 00:07:11.420 The desert expanse 00:07:11.420 --> 00:07:14.420 Was the only path for the journey. 00:07:14.420 --> 00:07:16.420 Where could one turn from it? 00:07:16.420 --> 00:07:18.420 The believing souls responded, 00:07:18.420 --> 00:07:20.420 The ranks gathered, 00:07:20.420 --> 00:07:24.420 And everyone brought what their soul could offer 00:07:24.420 --> 00:07:26.420 Of wealth and equipment. 00:07:26.420 --> 00:07:28.420 Hands of charity were extended 00:07:28.420 --> 00:07:30.420 From the young and the old, 00:07:30.420 --> 00:07:32.420 From the men and the women. 00:07:32.420 --> 00:07:34.420 Even Abu Bakr, 00:07:34.420 --> 00:07:36.420 May Allah be pleased with him, 00:07:36.420 --> 00:07:38.420 Gave all of his wealth. 00:07:38.420 --> 00:07:40.420 And ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, 00:07:40.420 --> 00:07:42.420 Offered half of his wealth. 00:07:42.420 --> 00:07:44.420 But the matter was immense, 00:07:44.420 --> 00:07:46.420 And these donations 00:07:46.420 --> 00:07:48.420 Were not enough for the entire army. 00:07:48.420 --> 00:07:50.420 These thousands of people, 00:07:50.420 --> 00:07:52.420 And the gathered crowds, 00:07:52.420 --> 00:07:54.420 Were in need 00:07:54.420 --> 00:07:56.420 Of provisions and equipment. 00:07:56.420 --> 00:07:58.420 And how far away was Tabuk? 00:07:58.420 --> 00:08:00.420 The people were in hardship, 00:08:00.420 --> 00:08:02.420 To the point that the army was called 00:08:02.420 --> 00:08:04.420 The Army of Hardship. 00:08:04.420 --> 00:08:06.420 And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, looked out, 00:08:06.420 --> 00:08:08.420 With his truthful, loyal gaze, 00:08:08.420 --> 00:08:10.420 The kind and merciful, 00:08:10.420 --> 00:08:12.420 The gaze of the blessed, 00:08:12.420 --> 00:08:14.420 The gaze of the seasoned, 00:08:14.420 --> 00:08:16.420 Conscious leader, 00:08:16.420 --> 00:08:18.420 Upon the crowds of Muslims 00:08:18.420 --> 00:08:20.420 Who had sold to Allah 00:08:20.420 --> 00:08:22.420 Their most precious possessions, 00:08:22.420 --> 00:08:24.420 And came responding 00:08:24.420 --> 00:08:26.420 To the call of Jihad. 00:08:26.420 --> 00:08:28.420 And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: 00:08:28.420 --> 00:08:30.420 "Who will equip these, 00:08:30.420 --> 00:08:32.710 And Allah will forgive him?" 00:08:32.710 --> 00:08:34.710 And longing blossomed 00:08:34.710 --> 00:08:36.710 In the heart of ‘Uthman hardship 00:08:48.710 --> 00:08:50.710 Turn into ease, and have distress 00:08:50.710 --> 00:08:52.710 Relieved, and the narrow path widened? 00:08:52.710 --> 00:08:54.710 And the clouds of 00:08:54.710 --> 00:08:56.710 Tranquility and happiness rain down 00:08:56.710 --> 00:08:58.710 Upon the souls of the soldiers of faith, 00:08:58.710 --> 00:09:00.710 By the grace of Allah, 00:09:00.710 --> 00:09:02.710 and then by the grace of 'Uthman, the bow 00:09:02.710 --> 00:09:04.710 is always in need 00:09:04.710 --> 00:09:06.710 of the archer, and the arrow 00:09:06.710 --> 00:09:08.710 is in need of the one who shoots it. 00:09:08.710 --> 00:09:10.710 Horses are in need of 00:09:10.710 --> 00:09:12.710 the rider, and the problem 00:09:12.710 --> 00:09:14.710 is in need of a lawful solution. 00:09:14.710 --> 00:09:16.710 The word is in need 00:09:16.710 --> 00:09:18.710 of the tongue, and the Ummah 00:09:18.710 --> 00:09:20.710 on that day, 00:09:20.710 --> 00:09:22.710 and indeed every day, is in need 00:09:22.710 --> 00:09:24.710 of a wealthy person of means, 00:09:24.710 --> 00:09:26.710 generous like 'Uthman, 00:09:26.710 --> 00:09:28.710 and of a great leader 00:09:28.710 --> 00:09:30.710 like Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah 00:09:30.710 --> 00:09:32.710 be upon him. 00:09:32.710 --> 00:09:34.710 Thus, the time of hardship found 00:09:34.710 --> 00:09:36.710 its generous 'Uthman. 00:09:36.710 --> 00:09:38.710 'Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, provided 00:09:38.710 --> 00:09:40.710 for the Army of Hardship 00:09:40.710 --> 00:09:42.710 nine hundred 00:09:42.710 --> 00:09:44.710 and forty camels, 00:09:44.710 --> 00:09:46.710 and sixty horses, 00:09:46.710 --> 00:09:48.710 completing the thousand, 00:09:48.710 --> 00:09:50.710 as Ibn Shihab says. 00:09:50.710 --> 00:09:52.710 He brought ten thousand dinars, 00:09:52.710 --> 00:09:54.710 pouring them out before the leader, 00:09:54.710 --> 00:09:56.710 the 00:10:40.710 --> 00:10:42.710 You are like a pampered traveler, 00:10:42.710 --> 00:10:44.710 walking slowly, 00:10:44.710 --> 00:10:46.710 yet arriving first. 00:10:46.710 --> 00:10:48.710 O people, 00:10:48.710 --> 00:10:51.029 the generosity of 'Uthman 00:10:51.029 --> 00:10:53.029 did not stop 00:10:53.029 --> 00:10:55.029 at this limit. 00:10:55.029 --> 00:10:57.029 His giving, his sacrifice, 00:10:57.029 --> 00:10:59.029 and his spending in the way of Allah 00:10:59.029 --> 00:11:01.029 filled the ledgers. 00:11:01.029 --> 00:11:03.029 And here is 00:11:03.029 --> 00:11:05.029 the hand of 'Uthmanic generosity 00:11:05.029 --> 00:11:07.029 beckoning us 00:11:07.029 --> 00:11:09.029 to follow his footsteps 00:11:09.029 --> 00:11:11.029 and walk upon his path. 00:11:11.029 --> 00:11:13.029 We all possess wealth, 00:11:13.029 --> 00:11:15.029 and even if it is little, 00:11:15.029 --> 00:11:17.029 sacrificing oneself, even with a small amount, 00:11:17.029 --> 00:11:19.029 is required. So fear the Fire, 00:11:19.029 --> 00:11:21.029 even if by half a date. 00:11:21.029 --> 00:11:23.029 Fear the Fire, O servants of Allah, 00:11:23.029 --> 00:11:25.029 even if by half a date. 00:11:25.029 --> 00:11:27.029 And send forth for yourselves; 00:11:27.029 --> 00:11:29.029 whatever good you send forth for yourselves, 00:11:29.029 --> 00:11:31.029 you will find it with Allah, 00:11:31.029 --> 00:11:33.029 it is better 00:11:33.029 --> 00:11:35.029 and greater in reward. 00:11:35.029 --> 00:11:37.029 And seek the forgiveness of Allah, 00:11:37.029 --> 00:11:39.029 for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 00:11:39.029 --> 00:11:41.029 May Allah bless me and you 00:11:41.029 --> 00:11:43.029 through the Great Qur'an, 00:11:43.029 --> 00:11:45.029 and benefit me and you with the verses 00:11:45.029 --> 00:11:47.029 and the Wise Reminder contained within it. 00:11:47.029 --> 00:11:49.029 I say what you hear and I ask Allah's forgiveness for me and for you, 00:11:49.029 --> 00:11:51.029 so seek His forgiveness, 00:11:51.029 --> 00:11:53.029 and how successful are those who seek forgiveness. 00:11:53.029 --> 00:11:55.029 All praise is due to Allah for His beneficence, 00:11:55.029 --> 00:11:57.029 and I thank Him for His guidance and grace. 00:11:57.029 --> 00:11:59.029 I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, 00:11:59.029 --> 00:12:01.029 and I bear witness that Muhammad 00:12:01.029 --> 00:12:03.029 is the Messenger of Allah, 00:12:03.029 --> 00:12:05.029 may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. 00:12:05.029 --> 00:12:07.029 To proceed: 00:12:07.029 --> 00:12:09.029 O servants of Allah, 00:12:09.029 --> 00:12:11.029 here is 'Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, 00:12:11.029 --> 00:12:13.029 announcing to the world 00:12:13.029 --> 00:12:15.029 the true function of wealth 00:12:15.029 --> 00:12:17.029 and its most noble role. 00:12:17.029 --> 00:12:19.029 He used it to race toward a profitable trade 00:12:19.029 --> 00:12:21.029 with Allah. 00:12:21.029 --> 00:12:23.029 That 'Uthmanic generosity, 00:12:23.029 --> 00:12:25.029 that 'Uthmanic generosity 00:12:25.029 --> 00:12:27.029 which has no equal, 00:12:27.029 --> 00:12:29.029 removes from our accounts 00:12:29.029 --> 00:12:31.029 the panting pursuit of the material life. 00:12:31.029 --> 00:12:33.029 Yes, 00:12:33.029 --> 00:12:35.029 it reminds us that wealth is the wealth of Allah, 00:12:35.029 --> 00:12:37.029 even if it is contained 00:12:37.029 --> 00:12:39.029 within our safes, 00:12:39.029 --> 00:12:41.029 and our bank accounts are filled with it. 00:12:41.029 --> 00:12:43.029 So, O servants of Allah, shall we reach 00:12:43.029 --> 00:12:45.029 the level of awareness 00:12:45.029 --> 00:12:47.029 that it was never for the servant 00:12:47.029 --> 00:12:49.029 to be the true owner? 00:12:49.029 --> 00:12:51.029 It is necessary, O servants, 00:12:51.029 --> 00:12:53.029 O servants of Allah, 00:12:53.029 --> 00:12:55.029 that we strengthen faith in our hearts. 00:12:55.029 --> 00:12:57.029 Yes, we are in a time 00:12:57.029 --> 00:12:59.029 where people have rushed to accumulate wealth, 00:12:59.029 --> 00:13:01.029 and they have flown, 00:13:01.029 --> 00:13:03.029 and alas, they have turned and circled. 00:13:03.029 --> 00:13:05.029 Let us not forget, O people, 00:13:05.029 --> 00:13:07.029 that we are in need of 00:13:07.029 --> 00:13:09.029 our wealth in the Hereafter 00:13:09.029 --> 00:13:11.029 more intensely than our need 00:13:11.029 --> 00:13:13.029 for it in this world, 00:13:13.029 --> 00:13:15.029 and more intensely than the need of 'Uthman 00:13:15.029 --> 00:13:17.029 for his wealth. 00:13:17.029 --> 00:13:19.029 For 'Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, 00:13:19.029 --> 00:13:21.029 was among the foremost to embrace Islam, 00:13:21.029 --> 00:13:23.029 the third of the Rightly Guided Caliphs. 00:13:23.029 --> 00:13:25.029 He met Allah while fasting, 00:13:25.029 --> 00:13:27.029 as he used to spend most of his days 00:13:27.029 --> 00:13:29.029 since he embraced Islam 00:13:29.029 --> 00:13:31.029 fasting, and most of his 00:13:31.029 --> 00:13:33.029 nights in prayer. 00:13:33.029 --> 00:13:35.029 And when his hand was struck, 00:13:35.029 --> 00:13:37.029 and he felt the pain of the blow, 00:13:37.029 --> 00:13:39.029 he said, "By Allah, this is 00:13:39.029 --> 00:13:41.029 the first hand 00:13:41.029 --> 00:13:43.029 to hold the pen 00:13:43.029 --> 00:13:45.029 and write the verses of the Qur'an." 00:13:45.029 --> 00:13:47.029 'Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, 00:13:47.029 --> 00:13:49.029 met his Lord as a martyr. 00:13:49.029 --> 00:13:51.029 He was struck while he was reading the Qur'an. 00:13:51.029 --> 00:13:53.029 When he became certain of departing this world 00:13:53.029 --> 00:13:55.029 and meeting his Lord, 00:13:55.029 --> 00:13:57.029 he held the Mushaf to his chest. 00:13:57.029 --> 00:13:59.029 O honorable ones, 00:13:59.029 --> 00:14:01.029 we are in need 00:14:01.029 --> 00:14:03.029 of our wealth in the Hereafter, 00:14:03.029 --> 00:14:05.029 tomorrow. 00:14:05.029 --> 00:14:07.029 We will be dispersed, 00:14:07.029 --> 00:14:09.029 and our families in corners, 00:14:09.029 --> 00:14:11.059 and everyone digging the earth, 00:14:11.059 --> 00:14:13.059 their path is into their grave. 00:14:13.059 --> 00:14:15.059 The father in a grave, the son 00:14:15.059 --> 00:14:17.059 in a grave, the mother in a grave, 00:14:17.059 --> 00:14:19.059 the brother in a grave, 00:14:19.059 --> 00:14:21.059 and the sister in a grave. 00:14:21.059 --> 00:14:23.059 Are you not in need 00:14:23.059 --> 00:14:25.059 of the smallest amount of reward 00:14:25.059 --> 00:14:27.059 in that grave? 00:14:27.059 --> 00:14:29.059 Are we not, O servants of Allah, 00:14:29.059 --> 00:14:31.059 in need of our wealth 00:14:31.059 --> 00:14:33.059 when our limbs are torn apart, 00:14:33.059 --> 00:14:35.059 and the night and the day unite against us, 00:14:35.059 --> 00:14:37.059 and we forget our acquaintances? 00:14:37.059 --> 00:14:39.059 'Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, 00:14:39.059 --> 00:14:41.059 bought Paradise from the Messenger of Allah 00:14:41.059 --> 00:14:43.059 twice. 00:14:43.059 --> 00:14:45.059 O servant of Allah, you have bought Paradise. 00:14:45.059 --> 00:14:47.059 Do not forget that you have wealth; 00:14:47.059 --> 00:14:49.059 calculate from it a portion 00:14:49.059 --> 00:14:51.059 that is permanent for Allah, 00:14:51.059 --> 00:14:53.059 which increases and does not decrease: 00:14:53.059 --> 00:14:55.059 support for building a mosque, 00:14:55.059 --> 00:14:57.059 or sponsoring an orphan, 00:14:57.059 --> 00:14:59.059 or comforting a poor person, 00:14:59.059 --> 00:15:01.059 or clothing the naked, 00:15:01.059 --> 00:15:03.059 or feeding the hungry, 00:15:03.059 --> 00:15:05.059 or kindness to relatives, 00:15:05.059 --> 00:15:07.059 or answering a beggar. 00:15:07.059 --> 00:15:09.059 Overcome selfishness, 00:15:09.059 --> 00:15:11.059 and defeat the devil. 00:15:11.059 --> 00:15:13.379 "No man gives out 00:15:13.379 --> 00:15:15.379 anything in charity 00:15:15.379 --> 00:15:17.379 without having to untie from it 00:15:17.379 --> 00:15:19.379 the jaws of seventy 00:15:19.379 --> 00:15:21.379 devils." 00:15:21.379 --> 00:15:23.379 Narrated by Ahmad and authenticated by 00:15:23.379 --> 00:15:25.379 al-Albani in al-Sahihah. 00:15:25.379 --> 00:15:27.379 O servants of Allah, the point is 00:15:27.379 --> 00:15:29.379 that the devils 00:15:29.379 --> 00:15:31.379 whisper to the servant 00:15:31.379 --> 00:15:33.379 not to give charity. So if 00:15:33.379 --> 00:15:35.379 the servant gives charity, this is 00:15:35.379 --> 00:15:37.379 A proof of faith, 00:15:37.379 --> 00:15:39.379 and sincerity, and uprightness. 00:15:39.379 --> 00:15:41.379 May He grant us success in every righteous deed 00:15:41.379 --> 00:15:43.379 that He loves and is pleased with. 00:15:43.379 --> 00:15:45.379 This is so. 00:15:45.379 --> 00:15:47.379 And send prayers and salutations upon the best of Allah’s creation, 00:15:47.379 --> 00:15:49.379 Muhammad Ibn 'Abdullah, 00:15:49.379 --> 00:15:51.379 the unlettered Prophet, 00:15:51.379 --> 00:15:53.379 the striver and the generous spender, 00:15:53.379 --> 00:15:55.379 peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. 00:15:55.379 --> 00:15:57.379 For Allah has said: 00:15:57.379 --> 00:15:59.379 Indeed, Allah and His angels 00:15:59.379 --> 00:16:01.379 send blessings upon the Prophet; 00:16:01.379 --> 00:16:03.379 O you who have believed, 00:16:03.379 --> 00:16:05.379 “Lo! Allah and His angels shower blessings on the Prophet. O ye who believe! Ask blessings on him and salute him with a worthy salutation.” (33:56) 00:16:05.379 --> 00:16:07.379 And he, peace be upon him, said: 00:16:07.379 --> 00:16:09.379 Whoever sends one prayer upon me, 00:16:09.379 --> 00:16:11.379 Allah will send ten prayers upon him by it. 00:16:11.379 --> 00:16:13.379 O Allah, send prayers, salutations, increase, and blessings 00:16:13.379 --> 00:16:15.379 upon Your servant and Messenger, 00:16:15.379 --> 00:16:17.379 and Your Prophet, Muhammad, 00:16:17.379 --> 00:16:19.379 and upon all his family and Companions. 00:16:19.379 --> 00:16:21.600 And be pleased, O Allah, with Your Caliphs, 00:16:21.600 --> 00:16:23.600 the Rightly-Guided, 00:16:23.600 --> 00:16:25.600 the four rightly-directed ones: 00:16:25.600 --> 00:16:27.600 Abu Bakr, 'Umar, 'Uthman, 00:16:27.600 --> 00:16:29.600 and 'Ali, and with all the rest of 00:16:29.600 --> 00:16:31.600 the Companions, one and all, 00:16:31.600 --> 00:16:33.600 and be pleased with us along with them, by Your generosity, 00:16:33.600 --> 00:16:35.600 O Most Generous of the generous. 00:16:35.600 --> 00:16:37.600 O Allah, grant victory to Islam and the Muslims, 00:16:37.600 --> 00:16:39.600 and bring low polytheism and the polytheists, 00:16:39.600 --> 00:16:41.600 and destroy Your enemies, the enemies of the religion. 00:16:41.600 --> 00:16:43.600 O Allah, grant us security in our homelands, 00:16:43.600 --> 00:16:45.600 and rectify our leaders 00:16:45.600 --> 00:16:47.600 and those in authority over us. 00:16:47.600 --> 00:16:49.600 O Allah, forgive our sins, 00:16:49.600 --> 00:16:51.600 conceal our faults, 00:16:51.600 --> 00:16:53.600 and accept our repentance. 00:16:53.600 --> 00:16:55.600 And let our final deeds be the most righteous, O our Master. 00:16:55.600 --> 00:16:57.600 O Allah, grant us hearts that are humble, 00:16:57.600 --> 00:16:59.600 hearts that are tranquil, 00:16:59.600 --> 00:17:01.600 and hearts that are sound, 00:17:01.600 --> 00:17:03.600 for none shall be saved except he who comes to Allah with a sound heart. 00:17:03.600 --> 00:17:05.599 O Allah, grant us a heart worthy of meeting You. 00:17:05.599 --> 00:17:07.599 O Allah, grant us a heart worthy of meeting You. 00:17:07.599 --> 00:17:09.599 O Allah, make our final abode pleasant, 00:17:09.599 --> 00:17:11.599 and make our end the best. 00:17:11.599 --> 00:17:14.599 O Allah, make us among those who sought refuge in You and whom You sheltered, 00:17:14.599 --> 00:17:16.599 who fled to You and whom You accepted, 00:17:16.599 --> 00:17:18.599 who feared You and whom You secured, 00:17:18.599 --> 00:17:20.599 who relied upon You and whom You sufficed, 00:17:20.599 --> 00:17:22.599 and who asked of You and whom You gave. 00:17:22.599 --> 00:17:25.599 O Allah, guide us to the best of character, 00:17:25.599 --> 00:17:27.599 for none guides to the best of it except You, 00:17:27.599 --> 00:17:29.599 and turn away from us its evil, 00:17:29.599 --> 00:17:31.599 for none turns away its evil except You. 00:17:31.599 --> 00:17:34.599 O Allah, place us in Your protection, Your safety, and Your guarantee. 00:17:34.599 --> 00:17:37.599 Preserve us with Your preservation and encompass us with Your care. 00:17:37.599 --> 00:17:39.599 Turn away from us the evil of the wicked, 00:17:39.599 --> 00:17:41.599 and the plots of the treacherous, 00:17:41.599 --> 00:17:43.599 and the evil of the night and day visitors, 00:17:43.599 --> 00:17:46.599 except for a visitor who comes with good, O Most Merciful. 00:17:46.599 --> 00:17:48.599 O Allah, grant victory to our soldiers at the borders. 00:17:48.599 --> 00:17:50.599 O Allah, heal their sick, 00:17:50.599 --> 00:17:52.599 treat their wounded, 00:17:52.599 --> 00:17:54.599 and accept their martyrs. 00:17:54.599 --> 00:17:57.599 And grant victory to our oppressed brothers everywhere. 00:17:57.599 --> 00:17:59.599 O Allah, rectify the state of the Muslims. 00:17:59.599 --> 00:18:03.599 O Allah, rectify the state of the Muslims. 00:18:03.599 --> 00:18:06.599 O Allah, rectify the state of the Muslims. 00:18:06.599 --> 00:18:08.599 O Allah, just as You have gathered us on this carpet, 00:18:08.599 --> 00:18:10.599 gather us beneath Your Throne, 00:18:10.599 --> 00:18:12.599 as loving brothers, 00:18:12.599 --> 00:18:14.599 upon thrones, facing one another. 00:18:14.599 --> 00:18:16.599 O Allah, relieve the distressed, 00:18:16.599 --> 00:18:18.599 remove the anguish of the sorrowful, 00:18:18.599 --> 00:18:20.599 and settle the debts of the indebted. 00:18:20.599 --> 00:18:22.599 Heal our sick and the sick of the Muslims. 00:18:22.599 --> 00:18:25.599 Have mercy on our dead and the dead of the Muslims, 00:18:25.599 --> 00:18:27.599 by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. 00:18:27.599 --> 00:18:30.400 “Glorified be thy Lord, the Lord of Majesty, from that which they attribute (unto Him)” (37:180) 00:18:30.400 --> 00:18:32.099 And peace be upon the messengers, 00:18:32.099 --> 00:18:34.099 and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
