God Almighty’s reproach to His Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the Holy Qur’an and its significance
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was reproached for more than one verse of the Holy Qur’an
He was blamed for allowing the hypocrites to refrain from jihad before their truthfulness became clear from their lies
God Almighty said, may God forgive you, why did you permit them until those who were truthful became clear to you and you learned who were liars?
He was blamed for forbidding himself some of what God had permitted for him
O Prophet, why do you prohibit what God has made lawful for you, seeking the pleasure of your wives? And God is Forgiving and Merciful
He was reproached for turning away from the blind Ibn Umm Maktum and turning to the notables of Quraysh in his place.
God Almighty said: He frowned and turned away until the blind man came to him
And you don't know, perhaps he will be purified or remembered, and the remembrance will benefit him
As for whoever is self-sufficient, you are his support, and you do not have to pay zakat
As for him who comes to you striving and being afraid, you will distract him from him. No, it is a reminder
Perhaps the most severe reproach to him, may God bless him and grant him peace, was in the words of God Almighty
And when you say to the one upon whom God has bestowed blessings and upon whom you have bestowed goodness, hold on to your husband and fear God
And you hide in yourself what God reveals, and you fear people, and God is more deserving of you fearing Him
When Zaid finished with her and they left, we married her to you
So that the believers will not be embarrassed by their alleged wives if they have had enough time with them
God's command was effective
All of these verses of reproach indicate that the Holy Qur’an is from God Almighty
It is not possible for the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, to have fabricated it on his own
If it were so, he would not have mentioned any such reproach about it
The Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, conveyed his message with clear communication
He did not leave anything that was revealed to him without conveying it and not concealing it
He does not seek to aggrandize himself
Rather, he wants to fulfill the responsibility of reporting to the fullest and most complete perfection
