Nationality
A Muslim's nationality is his creed
It is not his country, his ethnicity, his color, or his language
For every believer in Allah the Exalted, who affirms His oneness
Bears witness that there is no god but Allah
And that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah
He therefore carries the nationality for which he loves
And based upon which he allies and disavows
“Say: Shall I choose for a protecting friend other than Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, Who feedeth and is never fed? Say: I am ordered to be the first to surrender (unto Him). And be not thou (O Muhammad) of the idolaters.” (6:14)
