In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:03
Milestones on the path to stability
0:08
The second requirement
0:11
Means of stability
0:14
There are means for steadfastness that God has prescribed in His Book
0:21
And on the tongue of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace
0:25
It was represented in the stories of the proven prophets and messengers
0:30
And the righteous saints of God from the first and the last
0:35
This is explained and detailed in the following
0:40
Firstly
0:41
God is the stabilizer
0:44
The millstone pole in the stabilization process
0:48
To know the knowledge of certainty
0:50
That God is the stabilizer
0:52
And the hearts of the servants are between two of the Most Merciful’s fingers
0:57
He turns it around as he wants
1:00
God Almighty
1:02
He establishes his righteous guardians in this life and the hereafter
1:07
What is proven is its description and action
1:10
It is not one of his names
1:13
No one can do without the affirmation of God Almighty for a single moment
1:19
Even the prophets and messengers
1:22
God Almighty said
1:24
Even if they almost tempt you away from what We have revealed to you
1:31
To slander others against us
1:34
And if they would not have taken you as a friend
1:37
Had We not made you firm, you would have been little dependent on them
1:46
We would have made you taste the weakness of life and the weakness of death
1:51
Then you will not find a helper against us
2:01
Ibn al-Qayyim said in Rawdat al-Muhibbin
2:04
The servant should not rely on himself, his patience, his condition, or his chastity
2:09
Relying on that, the infallibility of God has abandoned him
2:14
He was surrounded by disappointment
2:17
God Almighty said: “The most honorable of creation to Him and the most beloved to Him.”
2:22
Had We not made you firm, you would have been dependent on them for a little while
2:29
This was one of his supplications
2:31
O converter of hearts, make my heart steadfast in your religion
2:36
Most of his right hand was not the one who turned hearts
2:41
How, when it was revealed to him
2:44
And know that God comes between a person and his heart
2:49
And the Almighty said
2:51
God strengthens those who believe with the firm word in this life and in the afterlife
3:00
And God misleads the wrongdoers
3:05
And God does whatever He wants
3:11
And in the two Sahihs, the wording is by Muslim
3:14
On the authority of Al-Baraa bin Azib
3:16
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said
3:20
God confirms those who believe with the firm word
3:24
He said: I descended into the torment of the grave
3:28
It will be said to him, “Who is your Lord?”
3:31
He says: My Lord is God and the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
3:38
That is what God Almighty says
3:41
God strengthens those who believe with the firm word in this life and in the afterlife
3:50
Ibn al-Qayyim said in informing the signatories
3:53
And under his saying
3:55
God strengthens those who believe with the firm word in this life and in the afterlife
4:01
Great treasure
4:03
Whoever according to his suspicion
4:05
And extract it well, acquire it, and spend from it
4:09
He lost sheep
4:11
Whoever deprives him is deprived
4:14
This is because the servant cannot do without God’s affirmation of him even for the blink of an eye
4:19
If it is not proven
4:21
Otherwise, the sky and earth of his faith will disappear from their place
4:26
God Almighty said: “The most honorable of His creation is His servant and Messenger.”
4:32
Had We not made you firm, you would have been dependent on them for a little while
4:38
And God Almighty said to the most honorable of His creation
4:42
When your Lord revealed to the angels, “I am with you, so strengthen those who believe.”
4:50
And God Almighty said to His Messenger
4:52
And we will tell you from the noblest messengers what we will strengthen your heart with
4:59
All creation is divided into two parts
5:02
Successful with the installation and disappointed in abandoning the installation
5:07
The subject of confirmation is its origin and its like from the fixed saying
5:12
And he did what the servant commanded
5:15
Through them, God establishes His servant
5:18
And everyone who was proven in word and did better
5:22
It was the greatest fixation
5:24
God Almighty said
5:26
If they had done what they preach, it would have been better for them and more steadfast
5:35
So people are more steadfast in their hearts and more steadfast in their words
5:39
The fixed statement is the true and honest statement
5:43
It is the opposite of false statement and lying
5:46
The statement is kind of fixed and has truth
5:50
It is false and has no truth
5:53
The statement is proven by the word monotheism and its implications
5:58
It is the greatest thing by which God strengthens His servants in this world and the hereafter
6:04
This is why you see the truthful person as the most steadfast and bravest of people in heart
6:09
A liar is one of the most disgraceful, cowardly, most colorful, and least steadfast people
6:17
The people of physiognomy know the sincerity of the truthful person
6:20
From the steadfastness of his heart in times of danger, his courage, and his fearlessness
6:25
They know that the liar is lying to the contrary
6:29
This is only hidden from the weak-sighted
6:33
Since God is the One who establishes stability, then stability is from Him and to Him
6:39
Therefore, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to pray frequently for steadfastness
6:45
On the authority of Shahr bin Hawsh bin he said:
6:48
I said to Umm Salamah, may God be pleased with her
6:51
O Mother of the Believers
6:53
What was the most frequent supplication of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, if you had it?
7:00
She said
7:02
It was more his supplication
7:04
O converter of hearts
7:06
Make my heart firm on your religion
7:09
She said
7:10
So I told him
7:11
O Messenger of God
7:13
How many times do you pray for this?
7:16
He said
7:17
Oh Umm Salamah
7:19
He is not a human being unless his heart is between two of God's fingers
7:26
Whoever wants to stay, and whoever wants to visit
7:30
And in Sahih Muslim, on the authority of Abdullah bin Omar bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
7:37
I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say
7:41
The hearts of all the children of Adam are between two of the Most Merciful’s fingers
7:47
As one heart
7:49
He spends it wherever he wants
7:52
Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
7:56
Oh God, the bank of hearts
7:59
Devote our hearts to your obedience
8:03
On the authority of Anas he said:
8:05
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to say a lot
8:10
O converter of hearts
8:12
Make my heart firm on your religion
8:15
He said
8:16
So we said, O Messenger of God
8:19
We believed in you and what you brought
8:22
Do you fear for us?
8:24
He said
8:25
And he said yes
8:27
Hearts are between two of God Almighty's fingers. He turns them around
8:33
Ibn al-Qayyim said in the path of migration and the chapter on happiness
8:39
If the servant knows that God Almighty is the One who turns hearts
8:45
And it comes between a person and his heart
8:49
And He, Glory be to Him, is in a matter every day
8:53
He does what he wants and rules what he wants
8:57
And He guides whom He wills and misleads whom He wills
9:01
He raises whomever He wants and lowers whomever He wants
9:05
He does not believe that God will change his heart
9:08
And it comes between him and him
9:11
And he deviates from it after his residence
9:14
God praised His faithful servants by saying:
9:18
Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us
9:23
Were it not for the fear of deviation, they would not have asked him not to make their hearts shift
9:29
He said in the key to the house of happiness
9:32
This is why in the supplication narrated by Imam Ahmad and Al-Nasa’i
9:37
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
9:40
Oh God, I ask you to be steadfast in the matter
9:44
And the determination to reach maturity
9:47
These two words are the intercourse of the farmer
9:51
And the servant did not achieve anything except by wasting them
9:55
Or wasting one of them
9:57
No one came except out of haste and recklessness
10:01
And the Bedouins provoked him
10:04
Or out of negligence and complacency
10:07
And wasting an opportunity after it had passed
10:11
If stability comes first and determination comes second
10:15
Every farmer succeeded
10:17
God is the Grantor of success
10:21
And pray for steadfastness
10:23
He was righteous before
10:26
Especially in times of adversity
10:29
God Almighty said, describing the first Mujahideen
10:35
When they came out to Goliath and his soldiers
10:39
They said, “Our Lord, bestow upon us patience.”
10:49
And steady our feet
10:54
And grant us victory over the disbelieving people
11:00
And he said
11:02
And there is no prophet
11:05
Many rabbis fought with him
11:09
They were not weakened by what befell them in the cause of God
11:16
They were not weak and did not submit
11:20
And God loves those who are patient
11:24
What they said was nothing but what they said
11:28
They said, “Our Lord, forgive us our sins.”
11:35
And our extravagance in our affairs
11:38
And steady our feet
11:43
And grant us victory over the disbelieving people
11:48
So God gave them the reward of this world
11:52
And good reward in the afterlife
11:55
And God loves the doers of good
12:01
He said in the supplication of the believers
12:04
Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate from delusion
12:09
When You have guided us, grant us mercy from You
12:14
You are the Wahhab
12:21
And in the two Sahihs
12:23
On the authority of Al-Baraa, may God be pleased with him, he said:
12:26
I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
12:29
The day of parties moves the dirt
12:32
The white dust of his stomach was covered
12:35
And he says
12:37
If you were not our guide
12:40
Do not believe us or pray
12:43
So they sent down Sakina upon us
12:46
And keep your feet steady except for a while
12:50
The former have transgressed against us
12:53
If they want to seduce our father
12:56
Milestones on the path to stability
