While the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was in a gathering talking to the people, a Bedouin came to him and said, “When is the hour?” Then the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, went on speaking. Some of the people said, “He heard what he said and thought about what he said.” Some of them said, “Rather, he did not listen even when he finished his speech.” He said, “Where do I see him?” The questioner said about the Hour. He said, “Here I am, O Messenger of God.” He said, “If the trust is lost, then wait for the Hour.” He said, “How did you waste it?” He said, “If the matter is delegated to people other than those who deserve it, then wait for the Hour.”

▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (12) | The throne of Bilqis flies to the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him
It means if the matter is entrusted to those who are not worthy of it, that is, it is taken over by other than those who are religious and trustworthy and those who help them in injustice and immorality. In that case, the imams will have lost the trust that God has imposed on them, such that the traitor is trusted and the trustworthy is betrayed. This only happens when ignorance prevails and the people of truth are unable to do it.
▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (12) | The throne of Bilqis flies to the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him
Taking people’s affairs out of the hands of those who are able to carry them out as they should be is a reason for the corruption of their affairs and cities for the hour in which they will perish due to injustice or the matter being taken out of their hands and the negligence of specialists and their failure to assume the positions they deserve. This is caused by widespread ignorance of the rulings of Sharia law in societies and the dominance of the ignorant over scholars.

▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (12) | The throne of Bilqis flies to the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him
One of them is that he wanted to show them his power and authority, for one of his soldiers to raise her throne with his bone, with their eyes and eyes, and carry it from among them, so that they would know that whoever is able to do that is able to bring them with armies that they cannot handle, and true to what he said, “Let us bring them with armies that they cannot accept, and he will be able to conquer and defeat them.” The second is that he wanted to show them one of the signs of his prophecy, if they came to him before they came as Muslims, so that they would know that he is a prophet, not a king.

▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (11) | Rather, you will rejoice with your gift
What God has given of prophecy, religion, wisdom, and kingship is better and better than what He has given you. Rather, you rejoice in your gift because you are people who brag about this world and abound in it. You rejoice in giving gifts to one another. As for me, I do not rejoice in it, and the world is not my need, because God Almighty has enabled me in it and given me what He did not give to anyone else. And yet He honored me with religion and prophecy.

▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (9) | Give me a fatwa about my matter
What is meant by the fatwa is here Pointing out to her what they have regarding the opinion and management that happened to her I meant to go back to them and consult them And poll their opinions Seeking their sympathy and sweetening their souls to fill them and rise with them Only the humble person should seek advice in all his matters As for the arrogant person, he does not consult anyone Because he glorifies himself and his opinion He despises others and belittles his opinion Therefore, hearts turn away from him and people turn away from him He violates the Prophet’s guidance and loses in this world and the hereafter

This is a discipline from God to His servants for their inappropriate action, and that if a matter comes to them of important matters and public interests that relates to the matter and the joy of the believers or to the fear that it is a calamity, they should be sure and not rush to spread that news, but rather return it to the Messenger and to those in authority among them who are people of opinion, knowledge, advice, reason, and sobriety who know the affairs and know the interests and their opposites. If they see in broadcasting it an interest and activity for the believers and a pleasure for them and protection from their enemies, they will do so, even if they see that there is no interest in it. Or there is an interest, but its harm exceeds its benefit. They did not broadcast it, and for this reason he said, “For his knowledge, those who extract it from them, that is, they extract it with their thoughts, sound opinions, and rational knowledge.” This is evidence of a moral rule, which is that if there is research into a matter, it should be assigned to someone who is qualified to do so, and it should be put to its people, and not precede it before them, for it is closer to what is correct and more likely to be safe than wrong. It also prohibits haste and haste in spreading matters from the moment they are heard, and the command to contemplate before speaking and consider it. Is it in the interest? Whether a person offers it or not and refrains from it

The hoopoe denounced what he saw of the people of Sheba and their queenship, so he mentioned what was not customary to do, which was women’s kingship over people and countries. In this, the nature of animals and humans is predisposed to men establishing kingship, dominating countries, and ruling over people.

▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (5) | The hoopoe denounces a woman ruling over men
They agreed that a woman is not fit to be an imam or a judge, because the imam needs to go out to establish the command of jihad and carry out the affairs of Muslims, and the judge needs to stand out to settle disputes, and a woman is naked and not fit to stand out and is incapable due to her weakness when doing most things.

No people will succeed if they are led by a woman
▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (5) | The hoopoe denounces a woman ruling over men
There is knowledge in it that women do not have the right to rule or judge among the people
▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (5) | The hoopoe denounces a woman ruling over men
It is not suitable for the great imamate or for the ruler of countries. This is why the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and none of his successors, nor those after them, did not appoint a woman as judge or guardian of a country, as far as we have heard. If that were permissible, all of time would most likely not have been devoid of it.
▶ The story of the Queen of Sheba | Episode (5) | The hoopoe denounces a woman ruling over men
In my opinion, the work of Muslims from the time of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, is sufficient in this regard. We do not know that in any era or country a woman was presented for this purpose, just as no woman was presented as an Imamate, and God knows best and is wisest.
