1:15 He was fasting during the day

1:17 Get up at night

1:19 Asking for forgiveness at dawn

1:22 Weeping out of fear of God

1:24 Until tears streaked his cheeks

1:27 He is Abdullah bin Abbas

1:30 He raised the nation of Muhammad

1:32 And teach her the book of God

1:35 And he understood it through his interpretation

1:37 The most capable of influencing him

1:40 And realize his goals and secrets

1:43 Ibn Abbas was born before the Hijra

1:46 In three years

1:48 When the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, died

1:52 He was only thirteen years old

1:55 However

1:57 It was preserved for Muslims from their Prophet

2:00 One thousand six hundred and sixty hadiths

2:03 Al-Bukhari and Muslim confirmed it in their Sahihs

2:08 And when his mother gave birth to him

2:34 Until he stayed with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace

2:40 He used to prepare for him what he performed ablution

2:43 If they are to perform ablution

2:45 He prays behind him if he stands to pray

2:48 He will be his companion if he decides to travel

2:52 Until he became like his shadow, and the crowds walked with him

2:56 It revolves in its orbit no matter how it rotates

3:00 He is in all of it

3:02 He carries within him a conscious heart

3:04 And a clear mind

3:06 And a case without which all the recording machines

3:10 known in the modern era

3:12 He said about himself

3:14 They are the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him

3:18 With ablution if you pass it

3:20 How quickly I prepared the water for him

3:23 Explain what you made

3:25 And when they were praying

3:27 He motioned for me to stand beside him

3:29 So I stood behind him

3:31 When the prayer ended, Ali leaned over and said

3:35 What prevented you from being like me, O Abdullah?

3:38 So I said, “You are beautiful in my eyes.”

3:41 I am too precious to comfort you, O Messenger of God

3:45 He raised his hands to the sky and said

3:48 Oh God, give him wisdom

3:51 God answered the call of His Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him

3:56 Then the Hashemi boy came from wisdom

3:59 What he surpassed the masters of the wise

4:02 There is no doubt that you would like to see an image of the wisdom of Abdullah bin Abbas

4:09 Here is this position

4:16 They failed him in his dispute with Muawiyah, may God be pleased with them both

4:20 Abdullah bin Abbas said to Ali, may God be pleased with him

4:24 So, O Commander of the Faithful, I may go to the people and speak to them

4:30 I fear for you from them

4:33 And he said

4:34 No, God willing

4:36 Then he entered upon them

4:38 He has never seen a people more diligent in worship than them

4:42 And they said

4:43 Welcome, Ibn Abbas

4:48 I came to talk to you

4:50 Some of them said, “Don’t talk to him.”

4:53 Some of them said

4:55 Say we hear from you

4:57 And he said

4:58 Tell me

4:59 Do not take revenge on the cousin of the Messenger of God and his daughter’s husband

5:03 And the first to believe in him

5:05 They said

5:06 We take revenge on him for three things

5:09 He said

5:10 And what is it?

5:11 They said

5:12 The first is that it is the rule of men in God’s religion

5:16 And the second

5:17 He killed Aisha and Muawiyah

5:20 He did not take any spoils or captives

5:23 And the third

5:24 He erased the title of Commander of the Faithful from himself

5:28 Although the Muslims had pledged allegiance to him and commanded him

5:32 And he said

5:33 Did you see that I heard you from the Book of God?

5:36 And I told you of the hadith of the Messenger of God, which you do not deny

5:40 Will you turn back from what you are in?

5:43 They said

5:44 Yes

5:45 He said

5:46 As for what you say?

5:47 It is the rule of men in God's religion

5:50 God Almighty says:

5:53 O you who believe

5:58 Do not kill game while you are in a state of sanctuary

6:03 And whoever of you killed him intentionally

6:09 The reward is equal to the blessings he killed

6:15 It will be judged by people more just than you

6:19 I beseech you, God

6:22 Men are wise in sparing their blood and souls

6:26 And self-righteousness between them is more deserving

6:28 Or their ruling on a rabbit, the price of which is a quarter of a dirham

6:32 And they said

6:33 Rather, it is about shedding the blood of Muslims and reconciling themselves among them

6:38 And he said

6:39 Get us out of this

6:41 They said

6:42 Oh God, yes

6:43 He said

6:44 As for what you say

6:46 Ali fought and was not taken captive as the Messenger of God was captive

6:50 Do you want to curse your mother Aisha?

6:54 And you make it permissible just as you make captive captives permissible

6:57 If you say yes, then you have disbelieved

7:00 And if you say that she is not your mother, you also disbelieve

7:04 God Almighty says:

7:07 The Prophet is more worthy of the believers than themselves and their wives and mothers

7:19 So choose for yourselves whatever you want

7:22 Then he said

7:23 Get us out of this too

7:26 They said

7:27 Oh God, yes

7:28 He said

7:29 As for what you say

7:31 Ali has erased from himself the title of Commander of the Faithful

7:35 The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace

7:38 When he asked the polytheists on the day of Hudaybiyyah

7:41 To write in the reconciliation he concluded with them

7:44 This is what Muhammad, the Messenger of God, judged

7:48 They said

7:49 If we believe that you are the Messenger of God

7:52 We did not prevent you from the House, nor did we fight you

7:55 But Muhammad bin Abdullah wrote

7:58 So he came down at their request and said:

8:01 By God, I am the Messenger of God, even if you deny me

8:13 And what Abdullah bin Abbas showed in it

8:19 Twenty thousand of them returned to Ali's ranks

8:26 Stubbornness and turning away from the truth

8:29 The Fatwa Abdullah bin Abbas took the position

8:32 There is every path to knowledge

8:34 Every effort was made to achieve it

8:37 He continued to draw from the source of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace

8:42 What life extended

8:44 When the Holy Prophet joined his Lord

8:47 He turned to the remaining scholars of the Companions

8:51 He began to take from them and receive from them

8:54 He said about himself

8:57 When I heard a hadith from a man among the Companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace

9:03 I came to his door during his nap time

9:06 I laid down my pillow at his doorstep

9:09 And the wind will shed as much dust as it will dry

9:13 If I wanted to ask permission from him, he would allow me

9:16 But I was doing it to please myself

9:20 When he leaves his house, he sees me in this state

9:24 The cousin of the Messenger of God did not bring you

9:28 Did you not send it to me and I will come to you?

9:31 So I say, I have the right to come to you

9:35 Knowledge comes and does not come

9:38 Then I ask him about the hadith

9:40 Just as Ibn Abbas used to humiliate himself in seeking knowledge

9:44 He exalted the value of scholars

9:47 Here is Zaid bin Thabit, the writer of the revelation

9:50 He is the head of the people of Medina in judiciary and jurisprudence

9:53 Reading and obligatory prayers

9:55 He is about to ride his animal

10:23 So he leaned over and kissed her and said

10:26 This is what we were commanded to do to the people of our Prophet’s household

10:31 Ibn Abbas always sought knowledge

10:34 Until it reached an amount that astonished the stallions

10:38 Masruq Ibn Al-Ajda said about him

10:41 One of the senior followers

10:43 I would if I saw Ibn Abbas

10:45 I said the most beautiful people

10:47 If he spoke, I would say the most eloquent people

10:51 If he spoke, I would say I am the most knowledgeable of people

10:55 Ibn Abbas did not complete the knowledge he aspired to

10:59 Become a teacher who teaches people

11:02 His house became a university for Muslims

11:06 Yes, it has become a university in every sense of the word in our modern era

11:13 And all the differences between Ibn Abbas University and our universities

11:17 It is that of today's universities

11:19 Dozens of professors gather there

11:22 Sometimes hundreds

11:24 As for Ibn Abbas University

11:26 It was built on the shoulders of one professor

11:29 He is the son of Abbas himself

11:32 One of his companions narrated that he said:

11:34 I saw a council from Ibn Abbas

11:37 If only all the Quraysh were proud of him

11:40 She would be proud

11:42 I saw people gathered in the roads leading to his house until they became narrow

11:48 They put it in people's faces

11:51 So I entered and told him that people were gathering at his door

11:55 He said, “Put me ablution.”

11:58 So he performed ablution and sat down

12:00 He said go out and tell them

12:03 Whoever wants to ask about the Qur’an and its letters, let him enter

12:07 So I went out and told them

12:09 So they entered until they filled the house and the room

12:12 They did not ask him about anything but he told them

12:16 He gave them more of what they asked about

12:19 Then he said to them, Make way for your brothers

12:23 So they went out

12:24 Then he told me to go out and tell him

12:27 Whoever wants to ask about the interpretation and interpretation of the Qur’an, let him enter

12:32 So I went out and told them

12:34 So they entered until they filled the house and the room

12:38 They did not ask him about anything but he told them

12:42 He gave them more of what they asked about

13:23 So I went out and told them

13:25 They entered until they filled the house and the room

13:28 They did not ask him about anything but he told them about it and gave them something similar

13:33 Then he said to them, Make way for your brothers

13:37 So they went out

13:38 Then he told me to go out and tell him

13:41 Whoever wants to ask about Arabic, poetry, and strange Arab speech, let him enter

13:48 They entered until they filled the house and the room

13:51 They did not ask him about anything but he told them about it and gave them something similar

13:57 The news narrator said

13:59 If all of the Quraysh were proud of that, it would be an honor for them

14:05 As if Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him

14:08 He decided to distribute knowledge over the days

14:11 So that there would not be such a crowd at his door

14:15 He began to sit one day a week in which he only mentioned interpretation

14:20 And a day when nothing is mentioned except jurisprudence

14:23 And a day when nothing is mentioned except the battles

14:26 A day when only poetry is mentioned

14:29 A day in which only the days of the Arabs are remembered

14:33 No scholar ever sat before him except that he was angry with him

14:37 No questioner ever asked him without finding that he had knowledge

14:42 Thanks to his knowledge and jurisprudence, he became Ibn Abbas

14:46 An advisor to the Rightly Guided Caliphate despite his young age

14:51 So, when a matter was presented to Omar ibn al-Khattab

14:54 Or he faced a dilemma

14:56 He called the great Companions and called Abdullah bin Abbas with them

15:01 If he attends, his status will be raised and his seat will be lowered

15:05 And he said to him, “A matter has been difficult for us, and you and others like it have troubled us.”

15:11 He was once reprimanded for presenting him and placing him with the sheikhs

15:15 He is still a fatwa

15:17 He said that he was a young man

15:20 He has a responsible tongue and a thoughtful heart

15:24 However, when Ibn Abbas turned to the elite to teach them and understand them

15:30 He did not forget the public's rights over him

15:32 He used to hold councils of admonition and reminders for them

15:36 Among his moments is his saying, addressing those who commit sins

15:40 O sinner, you are not safe from the consequences of your sin

15:45 He knew that what follows a sin is greater than the sin itself

15:49 If you are not shy about those on your right and left

15:54 And you are committing a sin no less than a sin

15:58 And if you laugh at the time of sin

16:00 And you do not know what God is doing to you that is greater than sin

16:04 And your joy at the sin if you braid about it is greater than the sin

16:09 Your sadness over the sin you missed is greater than the sin

16:14 Your fear of the wind if you move your cover while you commit a sin

16:19 Although your heart does not ask for God’s view of you greater than sin

16:25 O sinner!

16:27 Do you know what was the sin of Job, peace be upon him?

16:31 When God Almighty tested him with his body and money

16:34 Rather, his fault was that a poor person sought help from him to protect him from injustice

16:40 He did not care about him

16:42 Ibn Abbas was not one of those who say what they do not do

16:46 They stop people but they don't stop

16:49 Rather, fasting during the day was the strength of the night

16:53 Abdullah Ibn Malika told about him, he said

16:56 I accompanied Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, from Mecca to Medina

17:01 When we stayed, we would stay at home

17:03 He woke up at night

17:05 People are asleep from extreme fatigue

17:08 One night I saw him reading

17:11 And the agony of death came with the truth. That is what you were deviating from

17:23 He kept repeating it and sobbing until dawn came

17:28 And after all that, it was enough for us

17:31 To know that Abdullah Ibn Abbas

17:33 He was one of the most beautiful people

17:36 And they became a face

17:38 He still cried in the middle of the night out of fear of God

17:42 Until it caused Al-Hatun to tear up

17:45 On his smooth cheeks there are galaxies

17:48 He likened some of them to the pair of sandals

17:51 Ibn Abbas achieved his goal in the glory of knowledge

17:55 This is because the Caliph of the Muslims is Muawiyah Ibn Abi Sufyan

17:59 He left one year later

18:01 Abdullah Ibn Abbas also went out as a pilgrim

18:05 He had no authority or leadership

18:08 Muawiyah had a procession of his statesmen

18:12 It belonged to Abdullah Ibn Abbas

18:14 A procession greater than the Caliph’s procession of students of knowledge

18:19 Ibn Abbas is 71 years old

18:22 He filled the world with knowledge and understanding

18:25 And wisdom and piety

18:27 When certainty came to him

18:29 May the peace and blessings of God be upon him, Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah
