“Thy Lord is the Absolute, the Lord of Mercy. If He will, He can remove you and can cause what He will to follow after you, even as He raised you from the seed of other folk.” (6:133)

And His saying, Almighty is He:

“And ordain for us in this world that which is good, and in the Hereafter (that which is good), Lo! We have turned unto Thee. He said: I smite with My punishment whom I will, and My mercy embraceth all things, therefore I shall ordain it for those who ward off (evil) and pay the poor-due, and those who believe Our revelations;” (7:156)

Of which He sent down a single part through which creation shows compassion to one another,

"Indeed, Allah has one hundred mercies.

He sent down a single mercy among the jinn, mankind,

Beasts, and vermin,

By which they show affection to one another,

By which they show mercy to one another,

And by which the wild beast shows affection to her offspring;

And Allah delayed ninety-nine mercies,

By which He will show mercy to His servants on the Day of Resurrection."

This mercy falls under attributing the effect to its Creator,

And it is not an attribute of Allah Almighty;

Rather, it is an effect of His mercy, Glorified be He.

Furthermore, Allah's mercy that is one of His attributes, Almighty and Glorious,

A general mercy encompassing all creation,

Manifested through their creation, provision, sustenance,

Bestowal of blessings and gifts upon them,

And subjecting whatever is in the universe to their service, and so forth.

He Almighty said:

“Those who bear the Throne, and all who are round about it, hymn the praises of their Lord and believe in Him and ask forgiveness for those who believe (saying): Our Lord! Thou comprehendest all things in mercy and knowledge, therefor forgive those who repent and follow Thy way. Ward off from them the punishment of hell.” (40:7)

Just as it will be granted to them in the Hereafter through security from the greatest terror

And admittance into Paradise.
