0:05 Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08 It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammar
0:14 Surah Yasin
0:18 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:23 Did I not command you, O sons of Adam, not to worship Satan?
0:31 He is your clear enemy
0:36 And I worship Me. This is the straight path
0:44 Did not your conspirator in this world command you not to worship Satan and obey him in disobeying God?
0:51 Satan is your enemy and has made his enmity clear to you
0:56 Did I not entrust you to worship me above all other gods and equals?
1:02 Sincerity in my worship and disobedience to Satan is the straight path
1:09 Indeed, He has led astray many mountains among you. Have you not understood?
1:19 Satan has prevented many of you from obeying him
1:24 Have you not understood, O polytheists?
1:28 You should not obey your enemy and the enemy of God
1:34 This is the hell you were promised
1:40 Pray it today because you used to disbelieve
1:47 This is the Hell that you were threatened with in this world for your disbelief in God
1:53 They burned it today and returned it
1:56 Because you denied it in this world and denied it
2:02 Today we seal their mouths and their hands speak to us
2:08 Their hands speak to us, and their feet bear witness to what they used to earn
2:17 Today we print the mouths of polytheists
2:21 And their hands tell us about what they did in this world of disobedience to God
2:26 Their feet bear witness to the sins they used to earn in this world
2:46 If We wished, We could have blinded them to guidance
2:49 They do not see a way
2:52 So they made their way
2:54 Which path do they see to take?
2:57 We have obscured their eyes, so they are guided to the truth
3:03 If We had willed, We would not have subjected them to their position, and they would not have been able to go or return
3:18 If we wished, we would have made these polytheists stand still in their homes
3:24 They cannot go ahead of them nor go back behind them
3:40 Whoever We grant, We will extend his life
3:43 We return him to his state of old age and youth
3:48 So he does not know anything after the knowledge he used to know
3:53 Do these polytheists not understand God’s ability to do what He wills?
3:58 By observing what they see of His disposition, He created Him in whatever way He pleased and loved, from childhood to adulthood
4:19 Muhammad did not teach us poetry, nor should he be a poet
4:25 Muhammad is nothing but a remembrance to you, people. God has reminded you of sending him to you
4:33 This which Muhammad brought to you is a Qur’an that makes clear to whoever ponders it with mind and heart that it is a revelation from God
4:50 Muhammad is only a remembrance to you to warn of you, O people, whoever is alive in heart
4:58 He understands what is said to him, and the punishment is deserving of those who disbelieve in God and turn away from following Him
5:21 And We subdued it for them, and from it they ride, and from it they eat
5:31 Do these polytheists not see that we have created for them out of what our hands have made out of what we have created from creation?
5:39 Livestock, camels, cows and sheep
5:44 They disposed of it however they wanted, by subjugating it and controlling it
5:49 And We subjugated these livestock for them, and some of them they ride, like camels, on which they travel
5:56 Some of them eat their meat
6:09 They have benefits from these cattle in terms of their wool, fur, and hair
6:15 And drinkers who drink its milk
6:18 Will they not thank me for this blessing of mine through obedience and devotion to divinity and worship?
6:34 These polytheists took gods to worship other than God
6:40 Hoping that you would protect them from God’s punishment and torment
6:50 These gods cannot help them from God if He wants them harmed
6:58 These polytheists of their gods are soldiers present in this world
7:03 They get angry with them and fight without them
7:06 It does not bring good to them nor ward off evil from them
7:11 They are idols
7:21 We know what they conceal and what they announce
7:27 Do not be saddened, O Muhammad, by these polytheists saying that you are a poet
7:33 We know that what calls them to do that is envy
7:37 They know that what you brought to them is not poetry
7:42 We know that they are pleased with their knowledge of the truth of what you are calling them to
7:47 They do not declare their ingratitude openly with their tongues
8:10 Has he not seen this man who says?
8:13 Who revives bones when they are rotten?
8:16 We created him from a sperm and made him a perfect creation
8:21 So, he is in dispute with his Lord
8:24 It is clear to whoever hears his quarrel that he is disputing with his Lord, who created him
8:42 He gave us an analogy with what he said
8:45 Who revives bones when they are rotten?
8:48 So He made us as one of the creatures unable to revive that
8:53 And We created him forgot how We created him
8:56 He knows that He created him from a sperm until he became a normal human being
9:02 It is not impossible for restored bones to restore human beings to the form they were in before annihilation
9:15 Say, O Muhammad, to this polytheist
9:19 It will be revived by the One who first created it when it was nothing
9:25 He has knowledge of all of His creation
9:28 How to kill, how to revive, and how to initiate
9:48 Who brought forth for you from the green trees a fire that burns the trees
9:55 If you are one of these trees, you will kindle the fire
9:59 He is not prevented from doing what he wants
10:02 He cannot revive the bones that were thrown away
10:07 Is He who created the heavens and the earth able to create something like them?
10:16 Yes, He is the Creator, the All-Knowing
10:22 Is He who created the seven heavens and the earth able to create someone like you?
10:29 The creation of people like you from rotten bones is not greater than the creation of the heavens and the earth
10:36 Rather, He is able to create people like them
10:40 He is the Creator of what He wills
10:42 Effective for what he wants
10:45 The All-Knowing of everything He created and is creating
10:49 His command, when He wants something, is to say to it, “Be,” and it is
10:58 Glory be to Him in whose hand is the kingdom of all things, and to Him you will be returned
11:08 His command, when He wants something, is to say to it, “Be,” and it is
11:14 So honor the One in whose hand is the dominion of everything and its treasures
11:19 And to Him you will return and become after He has killed you
