0:22 “Alif. Lam. Ra. (This is) a Scripture which We have revealed unto thee (Muhammad) that thereby thou mayst bring forth mankind from darkness unto light, by the permission of their Lord, unto the path of the Mighty, the Owner of Praise,” (14:1)

1:14 Allah, to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth.

1:21 “Allah, unto Whom belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. and woe unto the disbelievers from an awful doom;” (14:2)

1:29 Allah, who possesses everything in the heavens and the earth.

1:34 Then He threatened those who disbelieve in Him, saying:

1:38 The fluid that flows from the pus of the people of Hell.

1:42 For those who denied His oneness and worshipped others alongside Him.

1:46 From the severe punishment of Allah.

1:50 “Those who love the life of the world more than the Hereafter, and debar (men) from the way of Allah and would have it crooked: such are far astray.” (14:3)

1:55 And they turn others away from the path of Allah.

2:04 And they seek to make it crooked.

2:07 “Those who love the life of the world more than the Hereafter, and debar (men) from the way of Allah and would have it crooked: such are far astray.” (14:3)

2:16 Those who choose the worldly life, its luxuries, and the disobedience of Allah therein.

2:21 Over the obedience of Allah and what draws them near to His pleasure.

2:25 And they prevent those who desire faith in Allah from believing in Him and following Him.

2:31 And they seek to distort the path of Allah.

2:33 Which is the religion with which He sent His Messenger.

2:36 Through distortion and alteration with lies and falsehood.

2:40 These disbelievers are far astray from the truth.

2:44 And deviate from the straight path.

2:48 “And We never sent a messenger save with the language of his folk, that he might make (the message) clear for them. Then Allah sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will. He is the Mighty, the Wise.” (14:4)

3:04 And He is the Almighty, the All-Wise.

3:09 And We have not sent any messenger to any nation before you, O Muhammad.

3:15 Except in the language of the people to whom We sent him.

3:20 So that he may explain to them what Allah has sent to them of His commands and prohibitions.

3:25 Then Allah lets go astray whom He wills among them from accepting what the messenger brought.

3:30 And He grants success to accept it to whom He wills.

3:33 And He is the Almighty, who cannot be prevented from what He wills of misguidance or guidance for whom He chooses.

3:40 The All-Wise in granting success to faith to whom He grants it.

3:45 And in leading astray whom He leads away from it.

3:48 And in all other aspects of His decree.

3:52 And We sent Moses with Our signs.

3:56 “We verily sent Moses with Our revelations, saying: Bring thy people forth from darkness unto light. And remind them of the days of Allah. Lo! therein are revelations for each steadfast, thankful (heart).” (14:5)

4:00 And remind them of the days of Allah.

4:08 Indeed, in that are signs for every patient, grateful person.

4:39 And the drowning of their enemy.

4:42 And We bequeathed to them their land, their homes, and their wealth.

4:45 Indeed, in the days that have passed with My blessings upon them.

4:49 Are lessons and admonitions for everyone who is patient in the obedience of Allah.

4:54 And grateful to Him for the blessings He has bestowed upon them.

4:58 And when Moses said to his people, "Remember the favor of Allah upon you."

5:05 “And (remind them) how Moses said unto his people: Remember Allah's favour unto you when He delivered you from Pharaoh's folk who were afflicting you with dreadful torment, and were slaying your sons and sparing your women; that was a tremendous trial from your Lord.” (14:6)

5:16 And they slaughter your sons.

5:25 And they spare your women.

5:30 And in that was a great trial from your Lord.

5:41 And remember, O Muhammad, when Moses said to the Children of Israel:

5:45 "Remember the favor of Allah which He bestowed upon you."

5:50 When He saved you from the people of Pharaoh's religion and their obedience.

5:54 They were inflicting upon you the worst torment.

5:57 And they were slaughtering your sons.

5:59 And sparing your women, leaving them alive.

6:03 And in what the family of Pharaoh did to you of various kinds of torment.

6:07 Was a great trial and test for you from your Lord.

6:13 And when your Lord proclaimed, "If you are grateful, I will surely increase you."

6:20 "But if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe."

6:29 And remember also when your Lord announced to you:

6:33 If you are grateful to your Lord by obeying Him in what He commanded and forbade you.

6:39 I will surely increase you in His blessings upon you.

6:42 Beyond what He gave you of salvation from the family of Pharaoh.

6:46 And deliverance from their torment.

6:48 And if you deny, O people, the favor of Allah.

6:51 By rejecting it through failing to thank Him for it.

6:55 And by opposing His command and prohibition.

6:58 Indeed, My punishment is severe.

7:01 “And Moses said: Though ye and all who are in the earth prove thankless, lo! Allah verily is Absolute, Owner of Praise.” (14:8)

7:16 “And Moses said: Though ye and all who are in the earth prove thankless, lo! Allah verily is Absolute, Owner of Praise.” (14:8)

7:22 And Moses said to his people:

7:25 "If you disbelieve, O people."

7:27 "And reject the favor of Allah upon you."

7:30 “And Moses said: Though ye and all who are in the earth prove thankless, lo! Allah verily is Absolute, Owner of Praise.” (14:8)

7:33 "Then indeed, Allah is free from need of all His creation."

7:36 Possessor of praise from His creation for what He has bestowed upon them.

7:42 “Hath not the history of those before you reached you: the folk of Noah, and (the tribes of) A'ad and Thamud, and those after them? None save Allah knoweth them. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs, but they thrust their hands into their mouths, and said: Lo! we disbelieve in that wherewith ye have been sent, and lo! we are in grave doubt concerning that to which ye call us.” (14:9)

7:47 The people of Noah, 'Ad, and Thamud.

7:55 “Hath not the history of those before you reached you: the folk of Noah, and (the tribes of) A'ad and Thamud, and those after them? None save Allah knoweth them. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs, but they thrust their hands into their mouths, and said: Lo! we disbelieve in that wherewith ye have been sent, and lo! we are in grave doubt concerning that to which ye call us.” (14:9)

8:01 Their messengers came to them with clear proofs.

8:06 “Hath not the history of those before you reached you: the folk of Noah, and (the tribes of) A'ad and Thamud, and those after them? None save Allah knoweth them. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs, but they thrust their hands into their mouths, and said: Lo! we disbelieve in that wherewith ye have been sent, and lo! we are in grave doubt concerning that to which ye call us.” (14:9)

8:12 “Hath not the history of those before you reached you: the folk of Noah, and (the tribes of) A'ad and Thamud, and those after them? None save Allah knoweth them. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs, but they thrust their hands into their mouths, and said: Lo! we disbelieve in that wherewith ye have been sent, and lo! we are in grave doubt concerning that to which ye call us.” (14:9)

8:24 "And indeed, we are in doubt concerning that to which you invite us."

8:40 O my people, has there not come to you the news of those before you: the people of Noah, 'Ad, and Thamud?

8:51 None can count their number except Allah.

8:54 These nations were visited by their messengers with arguments and proofs.

8:58 Regarding the truth of what they invited them to, through miracles.

9:02 “Hath not the history of those before you reached you: the folk of Noah, and (the tribes of) A'ad and Thamud, and those after them? None save Allah knoweth them. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs, but they thrust their hands into their mouths, and said: Lo! we disbelieve in that wherewith ye have been sent, and lo! we are in grave doubt concerning that to which ye call us.” (14:9)

9:05 So they bit their fingers in rage against the messengers.

9:08 And they said to their messengers, "Indeed, we disbelieve in that with which you have been sent."

9:13 Of the call to abandon the worship of idols and statues.

9:18 "And indeed, we are in doubt regarding the truth of what you invite us to of the oneness of Allah."

9:24 That doubt causes us suspicion and accusation regarding it.
