In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08
It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammar
0:14
Surat Ibrahim
0:18
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:22
There is a thousand books that We have sent down to you so that you may bring people out of darkness into light
0:45
With the permission of their Lord, to the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy
0:52
A thousand, not my mother
0:54
This Qur’an we have sent down to you, O Muhammad
0:57
To guide them from the darkness of misguidance and disbelief
1:01
To the light and light of faith
1:04
By the grace of their Lord for them to do so and His kindness to them
1:08
To God's straight path
1:11
The Mighty, the One who is praised for his blessings
1:14
God is the One to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth
1:21
And woe to the disbelievers from a severe torment
1:29
God is the one who owns all that is in the heavens and on earth
1:34
Then Jalthanah threatened those who disbelieved in him and said:
1:38
The valley that flows from the pus of the people of Hell
1:42
For those who deny His oneness and worship others with Him
1:46
From God's severe punishment
1:50
Those who prefer the life of this world over the afterlife
1:55
And they turn away from the path of God
2:04
And they want it to be crooked
2:07
Those are far astray
2:16
Those who choose the worldly life and its enjoyments and disobey God in it
2:21
To obey God and what will bring them closer to His satisfaction
2:25
They prevent those who want to believe in God from believing in Him and following Him
2:31
And they seek the path of God
2:33
It is his religion with which his messenger was sent
2:36
Distortion and alteration with lies and falsehood
2:40
These disbelievers are far from the truth
2:44
And intentionally unjust the way
2:48
We did not send any messenger except in the language of his people to make it clear to them
2:55
So God misleads whom He wills and guides whom He wills
3:04
He is the Mighty, the Wise
3:09
We did not send any nation before you, O Muhammad, as a messenger
3:15
Except in the language and language of the nation to which we sent him
3:20
So that they may understand what God has sent to them regarding His commands and prohibitions
3:25
So whoever of them wills will fail to accept what His Messenger has given him
3:30
He grants success to whomever he wishes to accept it
3:33
He is the Mighty One who does not withhold from misguiding what He wants or from guiding whomever He wants to do so with
3:40
The wise man in his success in faith is the one who guides him to it
3:45
And in his misguidance he is led astray from him
3:48
And in other ways
3:52
We sent Moses with Our signs
3:56
To bring your people out of darkness into light
4:00
And remind them of the days of God
4:08
Indeed, in that there are signs for every patient and grateful person
4:39
Their enemy drowned
4:42
He bequeathed to them their land, their homes, and their money
4:45
In the days that preceded, I bestowed My blessings upon them
4:49
A lesson and lesson for everyone who has patience in obeying God
4:54
He thanked him for the blessings bestowed upon him
4:58
And when Moses said to his people, “Remember God’s blessings upon you.”
5:05
When He saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who were afflicting you with terrible torment
5:16
And they slaughter your children
5:25
And let your women live
5:30
And in that is a great trial from your Lord
5:41
And remember, O Muhammad, when Moses said to the Children of Israel:
5:45
Remember the blessing that God has bestowed upon you
5:50
When he saved you from the people of Pharaoh's religion and obedience to him
5:54
They will subject you to severe torment
5:57
And they slaughter your children
5:59
They will spare your women and refrain from killing him
6:03
And the types of torment that Pharaoh’s family will do to you
6:07
A great test and test for you from your Lord
6:13
And when your Lord declared, “If you are grateful, I will give you more.”
6:20
And if you disbelieve, my punishment is severe
6:29
And remember also when your Lord gave you permission
6:33
Because you thanked your Lord by obeying Him in what He commanded and forbade you
6:39
I will increase His blessings upon you
6:42
For what he gave you of salvation from the family of Pharaoh
6:46
And salvation from their torment
6:48
And if you disbelieve, O people, God’s grace
6:51
So you misled her by neglecting to thank him for her
6:55
And his disagreement with his commands and prohibitions
6:58
My torment is severe
7:01
And Moses said, “If you and everyone on earth disbelieve, you will disbelieve.”
7:16
For God is All-Sufficient, Praiseworthy
7:22
And Moses said to his people
7:25
If you disbelieve, O people
7:27
So you deny God's blessing upon you
7:30
You and everyone on earth
7:33
God is in need of all His creation
7:36
One who praises His creation for what He has bestowed upon them
7:42
Has not the news of those before you reached you?
7:47
The people of Noah, Ad and Thamud
7:55
And those after them, no one knows except God
8:01
Their messengers came to them with clear proofs
8:06
They put their hands over their mouths
8:12
And they said, “We disbelieve in what you were sent with.”
8:24
We are in doubt about what Mary is calling us to
8:40
O my people, has not the news reached you of those before you, the people of Noah, Ad and Thamud?
8:51
No one can count their number except God
8:54
These nations brought their messengers with arguments and implications
8:58
On the truth of the miracles they called them to
9:02
They put their hands over their mouths
9:05
So they bit her in anger at the messengers
9:08
And they said to their messengers, “We disbelieve in what you were sent with.”
9:13
From supplication to kneeling and worshiping idols
9:18
We are in doubt about the truth of what you call us to regarding the Oneness of God
9:24
This doubt leaves us suspicious and accused
