1:03 The Merciful to those who repent to Him.

1:07 “That thou mayst warn a folk whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless.” (36:6)

1:15 “Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not.” (36:7)

1:22 So that you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned before them.

1:27 For they are heedless of what Allah will do to His enemies who associate partners with Him.

1:32 By inflicting His punishment and power upon them.

1:36 The decree of punishment has indeed become binding upon most of them.

1:39 Because Allah has ordained in the Mother of the Book that they will not believe in Allah.

1:44 Nor will they believe in His Messenger.

1:48 “Lo! We have put on their necks carcans reaching unto the chins, so that they are made stiff-necked.” (36:8)

1:58 “And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not.” (36:9)

2:12 We have placed shackles upon the necks of these disbelievers, reaching up to their chins.

2:19 So they cannot extend their hands toward any good.

2:22 They are shackled away from every good deed.

2:25 And We have placed a barrier before these polytheists.

3:42 “Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register.” (36:12)

7:13 "Your deeds, your provisions, and your share of good and evil are with you."

7:18 "All of that is upon your own necks."

7:21 "And that is not due to any evil omen from us."

7:24 "Is it because we reminded you of Allah that you take us as an evil omen?"

7:28 "Rather, you are a people who transgress against Allah."

7:31 "Sins and iniquities have overwhelmed you."

7:36 “And there came from the uttermost part of the city a man running. He cried: O my people! Follow those who have been sent!” (36:20)

7:46 “Follow those who ask of you no fee, and who are rightly guided.” (36:21)

7:54 And there came from the farthest end of the city of these people to whom these messengers were sent.

8:00 A man running toward them.

8:03 This was because the people of the city had resolved to kill these messengers.

8:08 And this man heard of that.

8:11 His home was at the farthest end of the city.

8:13 And he was a believer.

8:15 The man said.

8:17 "O my people, follow the messengers whom Allah has sent to you."

8:22 "Follow those who do not ask you for your wealth for the guidance they have brought you."

8:28 "And they are upon a straight path of truth."

8:31 "So be guided, O people, by their guidance."

8:35 “For what cause should I not serve Him Who hath created me, and unto Whom ye will be brought back?” (36:22)

8:42 "Should I take other than Him as gods? If the Most Gracious intends any harm for me, they cannot help me at all."

8:51 "Their intercession will not avail me, nor can they save me."

8:59 “Then truly I should be in error manifest.” (36:24)

9:05 “Lo! I have believed in your Lord, so hear me!” (36:25)

9:11 "And why should I not worship the Lord who created me?"

9:47 This believer said this statement to his people to teach them his faith in Allah.

9:53 And it is said that he addressed the messengers with it.

9:57 It is mentioned that when he said this, they rushed upon him and killed him.

10:03 “It was said (unto him): Enter paradise. He said: Would that my people knew” (36:26)

10:10 “With what (munificence) my Lord hath pardoned me and made me of the honoured ones!” (36:27)

10:17 Allah said to him when they killed him, "Enter Paradise."

10:22 So when he entered it and witnessed what Allah had honored him with.

10:26 “It was said (unto him): Enter paradise. He said: Would that my people knew” (36:26)

10:29 That the reason for which my sins were forgiven.

10:33 And He made me among those whom Allah honored by admitting them into His Paradise.

10:39 Was my faith in Allah and my patience for His sake.

10:42 So that they might believe in Allah and become deserving of Paradise.
