0:05 Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08 It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammar
0:14 Surah Yasin
0:16 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:22 Yassin
0:26 And the Wise Qur’an
0:29 You are one of the messengers
0:34 On a straight path
0:39 Download the Mighty, the Merciful
0:44 Yassin
0:45 The Qur’an is decisive, including its rulings
0:49 O Muhammad, you are among those sent with God’s revelation to His servants
0:54 On the path of frivolity, there is guidance in it
0:58 It is Islam
0:59 To download the Aziz's house in his revenge
1:03 Merciful to those who repent to Him
1:07 To warn a people whose fathers were not warned, for they are heedless
1:15 The saying is true about most of them, so they do not believe
1:22 To warn a people whose fathers had not been warned before them
1:27 They are ignorant of what God will do to His enemies who associate Him with Him
1:32 From bringing his vengeance and power to bear on them
1:36 Most of them had to be punished
1:39 Because God has decreed for them in the Mother of the Book that they do not believe in God
1:44 And they do not believe his messenger
1:48 Indeed, We have placed shackles on their necks, and they reach their chins, so they are shackled
1:58 And We made before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We covered them so that they could not see
2:12 We have made the right hands of these infidels shackled around their necks
2:19 Do not be happy with any good things
2:22 They are deceived from all goodness
2:25 We have placed a barrier in the hands of these polytheists
2:30 Behind them is a dam
2:32 So We placed a covering over their eyes
2:35 They do not see guidance and do not benefit from it
2:40 It is the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe
2:50 And it is the same, O Muhammad, for those who have the right to say
2:56 Which of the two things was from you to them?
2:58 Alarm or leave an alarm
3:01 They do not believe
3:03 Because God has judged them to do so
3:08 It only warns those who follow the Remembrance and fear the Most Gracious of the unseen
3:16 So give him good tidings of forgiveness and a generous reward
3:23 Your warning, O Muhammad, is only useful for those who believe in the Qur’an
3:28 And he feared God when he disappeared from the sight of onlookers
3:32 So give good news, O Muhammad, to God’s forgiveness for his sins
3:37 And the reward in the afterlife is generous
3:40 And that is heaven
3:42 It is we who revive the dead and write down what they did and what they left behind
3:50 We have recorded everything in a clear imam
3:56 It is We who revive the dead of Our creation
4:00 We write down the good and evil they did in this world
4:04 And he stirred up their steps with their feet
4:07 We have counted everything that exists and established it in the Mother of the Clear Book
4:13 Which reveals the truth of all that is proven in it
4:18 Give them the example of the people of the town when the messengers came to it
4:27 When We sent to them two people, they denied them
4:31 So we were reinforced with a third, and they said, “Indeed, we are sent to you.”
4:42 And an example, O Muhammad, to the polytheists of your people is the example of the people of the village
4:47 It was mentioned that it was Antioch when the messengers came to it
4:52 When We sent to them two people calling them to God, they rejected them
4:58 So we strengthened them with a third and strengthened them with it
5:02 The three messengers said, “We are sent to you, O people.”
5:08 That you devote your worship to God alone
5:12 They said, "You are only human beings like us."
5:18 Humans are like us, and the Most Gracious has not sent down anything. You are only lying
5:29 They said, “Our Lord knows, we are sent to you.”
5:35 We only have to deliver the clear message
5:40 The village owners said
5:42 You people are nothing but people like us
5:46 The Most Gracious has not sent down to you any message or book
5:51 I do not command you to do anything about us
5:53 You are only lying
5:56 The Messengers said, “Our Lord knows that we have been sent to you regarding what we have called you to.”
6:03 And we are truthful
6:05 All we have to do is convey to you the message of God that He sent us to you
6:12 A notification showing you that we have informed you of it
6:17 They said: We will let you fly
6:21 If you do not desist, we will stone you and a painful punishment from Us will touch you
6:32 The village owners told the messengers
6:35 We are pessimistic about you
6:38 If calamity befalls us, it is for your sake
6:41 Because you do not stop what you mentioned, that you were sent to us disavowing our gods
6:48 And he forbade our worship
6:50 We will stone you with stones
6:53 And a painful torment will befall you from us
6:57 They said your bird is with you
7:02 If you mentioned
7:05 Rather, you are an extravagant people
7:10 The messengers said to the village owners
7:13 Your deeds, your livelihood, and your good and bad luck are with you
7:18 It's all up to you
7:21 And that is not part of our faith
7:24 If we remind you of God, you will fly away from us
7:28 But you are a people who belong to God
7:31 You have been overcome by sins and misdeeds
7:36 And from the farthest part of the city came a man running. He said, “O my people, follow the messengers.”
7:46 Follow those who do not ask you for reward and they are guided
7:54 And from the farthest part of the city came the people to whom these messengers were sent
8:00 A man seeks them
8:03 This is because the people of Medina intended to kill these messengers
8:08 This reached this man
8:11 His house was at the farthest end of the city
8:13 And he was a believer
8:15 The man said
8:17 O my people, follow the messengers whom God sent to you
8:22 Follow those who do not ask you for your money based on the guidance they have brought to you
8:28 They are on the right path
8:31 So, O people, be guided by his guidance
8:35 Why should I not worship the One who created me and to Him you will be returned?
8:42 Shall I take gods other than Him if the Most Merciful brings me harm that will not avail me?
8:51 Their intercession is of no use to me, and they will not save me
8:59 Then I am in clear error
9:05 I believe in your Lord, so listen
9:11 And what do I have to do not worship the Lord who created me?
9:16 And to Him you will all come and return
9:19 Shall I worship gods other than God when the Most Merciful touches me with harm and distress?
9:25 She is of no use to me by being my intercessor
9:30 They will not save me from that harm if it touches me
9:34 If I take gods other than God, this is their description
9:39 Therefore, it is clearly misguidance to whoever contemplates it
9:43 I believe in your Lord, so listen
9:47 The believer said this to his people to teach them his faith in God
9:53 It was said that he addressed the messengers with that
9:57 He mentioned that when he said this, they jumped at him and killed him
10:03 It was said, “Enter Paradise.” He said, “I wish my people knew.”
10:10 Because my Lord has forgiven me and made me among the honorable
10:17 God said to him when they killed him, Enter Paradise
10:22 When he entered it and saw what God had honored him with
10:26 He said, “I wish my people knew.”
10:29 That is the reason for which my sins were forgiven
10:33 And He made me among those whom God honored by admitting him to His Paradise
10:39 My faith was in God and my patience in Him
10:42 They believe in God and deserve Paradise
10:45 Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
