In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08
It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:13
Surah Al-Baqarah
0:17
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:22
God is not ashamed to give an example of a bite or something above it
0:33
As for those who believe, they know that it is the truth from their Lord
0:41
As for those who disbelieve, they say, “What did God mean by this, for example?”
0:49
He leads astray many thereby, and guides many thereby
0:55
And He only leads astray thereby the transgressors
1:01
God is not ashamed or afraid to set an example
1:05
Which is a bite, so what is greater than it
1:09
As for those who believe in God and His Messenger
1:12
They know that the example that God set is from God
1:17
And it is the truth from God
1:19
As for those who denied the verses of God
1:22
They denied what they knew and concealed what they knew was the truth
1:26
They say, “What did God mean by this parable?”
1:31
God misleads many people of hypocrisy and disbelief with the example He gives
1:37
He guides many people of faith and belief through it
1:41
He will increase their guidance to their guidance and faith to their faith
1:47
God does not mislead by the example he gives
1:50
Except for those who disobey Him and abandon following His command
1:56
Those who break God's covenant after promising it
2:02
They cut off what God has commanded to be joined
2:13
And they spread corruption on earth
2:15
Those are the losers
2:21
God does not mislead by the example he gives
2:24
Except the transgressors who break the covenants God made to them in the Books
2:30
And on the tongues of his prophets
2:32
By following the command of His Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
2:37
And he left concealing that after trusting God to fulfill His covenants
2:44
They sever the womb that God wished to connect
2:48
By neglecting to fulfill her rights that God has obligated her to do
2:51
And it is obligatory for those who honor her and connect with her
2:54
And they spread corruption on earth by disobeying their Lord and disbelieving in Him
2:59
And they denied His Messenger and denied his prophethood
3:02
And their denial of what was given to them from God is a right from Him
3:08
These are the ones who themselves lacked their share of God’s mercy by disobeying Him
3:16
How can you disbelieve in God, when you were dead and He gave you life?
3:24
Then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you to life, then to Him you will be returned
3:54
It is He who created for you all that is on earth, then turned to the heaven
4:06
Then He turned to the heaven and made them seven heavens
4:14
By disobeying him, he is from God’s mercy
4:19
And He is the same as the seven heavens, and He is All-Knowing of all things
4:28
It is God who created for you all that is on earth your means of livelihood
4:34
And He made it subservient to you, out of His kindness, so that you may convey information to you in your world
4:40
And an enjoyment until the end of your life
4:43
And proof to you of the oneness of your Lord
4:47
Then on to the seven heavens, which are smoke
4:51
So he shaped them, knitted them, and created in some of them his sun, moon, and stars
4:58
And He has decreed in each of them what He has decreed of His creation
5:03
God knows everything and nothing is hidden from Him, you hypocrites
5:08
And the atheists and disbelievers are what you reveal and what you conceal within yourselves
5:14
And when your Lord said to the angels, “Indeed, I will place a caliph on earth.”
5:24
They said, "Will you place therein someone who will cause corruption and shed blood?"
5:31
And blood is shed while we praise you and sanctify you
5:39
He said, “I know what you do not know.”
5:45
Remember My blessings and this which I said to the angels
5:50
I am appointed as a caliph on earth, and there will be caliphs
5:56
The angels said, “Inform us, O Lord.”
6:00
Shall I place upon the earth someone who will spread corruption there and shed blood?
6:05
And you will not make your successors from among us
6:09
We glorify you with praise
6:11
We free you from what the people of polytheism add to you
6:15
And we pray for you
6:17
Their Lord said to them, “I know better than what you say.”
6:23
This is what was hidden from them regarding the matter of Satan and his inclination to arrogance
6:29
He taught Adam all the names
6:33
Then he presented them to the angels
6:43
He said, “Inform me of the names of these people if you are truthful.”
6:58
God and Adam are all the names by which people are known
7:02
Man, animal, land, plain, sea and mountain
7:08
And similar nations and others
7:12
And the names of his descendants and the names of the angels
7:16
Then he presented the people of the names to the angels and said
7:20
Tell me the names of these people that you spoke to Adam
7:24
If you are truthful in your saying that if I appoint someone else as my successor on earth
7:30
His descendants disobeyed me and corrupted me
7:34
And if I put you in it, you will obey me
7:38
If you do not know the names of these people
7:42
They are created beings that you can see and observe
7:46
And teach him to others by teaching him
7:50
You are what does not exist and what is hidden from your eyes
7:56
It is better that you are not knowledgeable
8:10
We give you praise
8:14
We exonerate you and absolve you from knowing anything other than what you have taught us
8:18
You are the All-Knowing of the unseen, apart from all of Your creation
8:22
The one with wisdom who has perfected his wisdom
8:26
He said, “O Adam, tell them their names.”
8:32
When he told them their names
8:38
He said: Didn't I tell you?
8:42
He said, Did I not tell you that I know the secrets of the heavens and the earth?
8:50
And I know what you look like
8:54
I know what you reveal and what you conceal
8:58
He said, “O Adam, tell the angels the names of those whom you guided to the angels.”
9:06
When Adam told the angels their names
9:10
They realized their mistake
9:12
And they have said what they do not know how the decree of their Lord will take place
9:18
Their Lord said to them
9:20
Did I not tell you that I know what has escaped your sight?
9:24
And I know what you reveal with your tongues
9:28
And what you were hiding within yourselves
9:32
Nothing is hidden from me
9:34
Whether I have your secrets or your public ones
9:39
And when we said to the angels:
9:43
They prostrated to Adam, so they prostrated except for Iblis
9:47
So they prostrated, except for Iblis, who refused
9:51
He was arrogant and was one of the unbelievers
9:55
Remember what I did to you
9:57
When I bestowed blessings upon you and honored your father Adam
10:01
And my angels prostrated to him
10:03
So they prostrated to him, except for Iblis
10:07
Refrain from prostration and be arrogant in obeying God
10:11
He was one of those who strived hard, and God’s blessings and hands were with him
10:15
And We said, “O Adam, live in Paradise, you and your husband.”
10:21
And eat from it freely wherever you want
10:27
Do not approach this tree
10:33
Then you will be among the wrongdoers
10:37
God expelled Satan from Paradise after being too arrogant to prostrate to Adam
10:43
Adam and his wife Eve lived there before Satan descended to earth
10:49
And he said to him: O Adam, you and your husband live in Paradise
10:54
And eat from Paradise an ample and comfortable provision to live wherever you wish
11:00
He forbade Adam and his wife from eating a specific tree from the trees of Paradise and not all of its trees
11:08
And he said to them, “Do not approach this tree.”
11:13
For if you approach it, you will be transgressing into something other than what He has given you permission to do
11:20
So remove Satan from it for them, and bring them out of what was in them
11:28
And We said, “Go down, some of you enemies to one another.”
11:33
And you will have a place of rest and enjoyment on earth for a while
11:40
So Satan caused them to lose their obedience to God
11:44
And a reason for which they are still alive
11:48
So Satan expelled Adam and his wife from their comfortable living in Paradise
11:55
And We said, “Go down to the earth, some of you enemies of one another.”
12:00
Satan’s enmity towards Adam and his descendants was his envy of him and his arrogance to prostrate to him
12:08
And the enmity of Adam and his descendants to Satan
12:12
Because of his disbelief in God and his disobedience to his Lord
12:16
And God said to them, “And you have on earth homes and dwellings in which you can settle.”
12:22
You will enjoy what you get out of it
12:25
And what I gave you on the back
12:28
The days of your life
12:30
After your death, you will be buried there
12:33
You can enjoy it until I replace it with something else
12:39
Then Adam received words from his Lord and He accepted His repentance
12:46
He is the Most Merciful
12:52
So God revealed to Adam words of repentance
12:55
So Adam received it from his Lord and acted according to it
12:59
He repented of his sin
13:01
So God accepted his repentance
13:03
God is the One who repents to those of His sinful servants who repent
13:08
They were kindly asked to dismiss his offense and pardon the punishment for his crime
13:14
Say, 'Get down from it all together.'
13:17
Either this will come to you from me
13:23
Whoever follows my guidance
13:26
Whoever follows my guidance
13:29
They have no fear, nor do they grieve
13:34
Come down from heaven, everyone
13:37
Either an explanation of my command and my obedience will come to you from me
13:42
And guidance to my path and my religion
13:45
Who among you follows him?
13:47
They are safe in the horrors of resurrection from God's punishment
13:51
Nor will they grieve that Day for what they left behind after their death in this world
13:57
And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those are the companions of the Fire
14:07
They will live there forever
14:12
And those who denied My revelations and denied My Messengers
14:17
Those are the people of Hell
14:19
Who are its people and no one else
14:22
They will abide therein forever, without time or end
14:27
O children of Israel
14:30
Remember My blessing which I bestowed upon you
14:34
And they fulfilled my covenant
14:40
O son of Yaqoub bin Ishaq
14:44
Remember the blessing that I bestowed upon you
14:47
They are the messengers he chose from among them
14:50
And He revealed to them the Books
14:53
And save them from Pharaoh and his people
14:56
And empowerment for them on earth
14:58
And blowing up water springs
15:00
And feeding manna and quail
15:03
They fulfilled the will given to the sons of Ishaq
15:07
And the commandment that was given to the children of Israel in the Torah
15:11
To explain to people the matter of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
15:16
If you do that
15:19
I brought you into heaven
15:21
And to me, fear and be pious, you lost ones
15:24
My covenant from the children of Israel
15:27
And those who deny My Messenger to free you from My punishment
15:31
And believe in what I revealed
15:35
The one who confirms what is with you
15:38
And do not be the first to disbelieve in it
15:42
And do not exchange My verses for a small price
15:48
And fear Me
15:52
They believed in what was revealed to Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, from the Qur’an
15:58
The one who confirms what you have of the Torah
16:01
Because what is in the Qur’an is the command to acknowledge the prophethood of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and to believe him
16:08
Similar to what is in the Bible and the Torah
16:11
And do not be the first to deny it and deny that it is from me
16:16
And do not sell the knowledge I have given you of My Book and its verses
16:21
So you abandon his explanation for a low price and a small offer of this world
16:27
As their contentment with leadership over their followers
16:30
And fear me
16:32
I will inflict on you the same vengeance that I have inflicted on your opponents who followed your path
16:39
And do not mix truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know
16:48
And do not mix truth with falsehood, because they say
16:53
Muhammad is a prophet and an envoy
16:56
However, he is sent to others
16:59
Their acknowledgment that he was sent to others is the truth
17:03
Their denial that he was sent to them is false
17:07
And do not conceal what you find in your book regarding his description and description
17:13
He is my messenger to all people
17:16
And you know that what he brought to you is from me
17:22
And establish prayer, pay zakat, and kneel with those who kneel
17:30
This is a command from God Almighty
17:33
For those mentioned among the rabbis of the Children of Israel and its hypocrites
17:37
Acting and repenting to Him
17:40
By performing prayers and paying zakat
17:43
And entering Islam with Muslims
17:46
And submit to Him with obedience
