In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08
It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:14
Surah Al-An'am
0:18
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:23
Only those who hear respond
0:29
And the dead are resurrected by God
0:33
Then to Him they will return
0:38
God Almighty says mentioning it to His Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
0:44
Do not let the symptoms of those who turn away from you become greater than you
0:49
Only those whose ears God has opened to listen to the truth will respond to your prayers
0:56
It is easy for them to follow guidance
0:59
And the infidels are sent by God with the dead
1:03
Then to God are the believers who responded to God and the Messenger
1:08
And the infidels whom God prevents them from understanding anything about you
1:15
And they said, “If only a sign had been sent down to him from his Lord.”
1:21
Say that God is able to send down a sign, but most of them do not know
1:33
They said: Has there not been sent down to Muhammad a sign from his Lord?
1:39
Say, O Muhammad, that God is able to provide proof for what they want and ask
1:47
But most of those who say that ask you for a sign
1:52
They do not know what will happen to them in the verse if calamity befalls them
1:57
They do not know why Turk directed this to you
2:01
If they knew the reason why I did not reveal it to you, they would not say that
2:08
But most of them don't know
2:12
There is no animal on the earth nor a bird that flies with its wings except nations like you
2:30
We have not omitted anything in the Book. Then to their Lord they will be gathered
2:41
Tell those who are exposed
2:43
O people, do not think that God is unaware of what you do
2:49
How can he ignore your work?
2:51
He is not heedless of doing anything on the ground, whether big or small
2:58
Nor did a bird fly with its wings in the air
3:02
Rather, he made all of this into classified categories
3:06
You know as you know
3:08
And behave with what you have been subjected to as you do
3:13
And whatever work she did for her and against her is preserved
3:17
All of her works are recorded in the Mother of the Book
3:23
The Lord, who did not waste, preserved the works of the beasts and animals on the earth
3:28
And the bird is in the air
3:30
I hope your work is not wasted, people
3:35
Until He gathers you and rewards you for it
3:39
And those who deny Our signs are silent and dumb in darkness
3:48
Whomever God wills, He will lead astray, and whomever He wills, He will place on a straight path
3:59
And those who deny God's arguments and evidence
4:03
Deaf from hearing the truth and from being told
4:08
In the darkness of disbelief, confused in it
4:11
God misleads whomever He wishes to lead astray among His creation from faith to disbelief
4:17
The one who guides to the straight path is the one who loves his guidance
4:23
He was successful thanks to him and his patience in believing in him
4:44
Say, Muhammad
4:46
Tell me, O people, if the punishment of God comes to you
4:50
Like those who came before you from among the nations
4:53
Or the hour has come to you in which you will be raised from your graves
4:58
Other than God, there you are praying to uncover the affliction that has befallen you
5:03
If you are right in your prayers
5:06
That the gods you call upon other than God benefit or harm
5:12
Rather, it is Him you call upon, and He reveals what you call upon, if He wills
5:27
And you forget what you associate with Him
5:31
Rather, you call there your Lord who created you
5:35
He will release you when you call upon Him for help and plead with Him
5:40
Great is the calamity that befalls you
5:43
And you forget when the punishment of God comes to you
5:46
Or the Hour will come to you with its horrors
5:49
What you associate with God
5:53
We were sent to nations before you
5:58
So We seized them with hardship and hardship
6:07
Maybe they will pray
6:12
And We have sent, O Muhammad, to groups and centuries
6:16
So we commanded them and forbade them
6:19
So they denied our Messenger
6:21
So we tested them with severe poverty and hardship in living
6:26
And diseases in bodies
6:29
We did this to them so that they would pray to me
6:32
They devote their worship to Me by submitting to Me with obedience
6:38
Had He not brought to them Our punishment, they had supplicated
6:43
But their hearts were hardened
6:50
Satan made what they were doing seem pleasing to them
6:56
So is it not, when Our punishment has come to these lying nations?
7:01
They supplicated and submitted to their Lord and submitted to His obedience
7:06
Then their Lord will turn away from them His punishment
7:09
But they were arrogant in regard to the command of their Lord
7:12
The hardness of their hearts
7:15
Satan pleased them with the deeds they were doing
7:19
Which God hates and displeases
7:23
When they forgot what they were reminded of
7:27
We opened the doors to everything for them
7:31
We opened the doors to everything for them
7:35
Until, when they rejoiced in what they had been given, We seized them suddenly
7:43
So they are confused
7:49
When they abandoned doing what we ordered them to do
7:52
We changed the place of sadness
7:55
Prosperity and abundance of living
7:58
And the place of hardship
7:59
Health and safety in bodies
8:03
Luring us to them
8:06
Even if these liars are happy that We have opened for them the doors of abundance and health
8:13
We brought them torment suddenly while they were jealous
8:18
Then they will perish, regretting what they did in the past
8:23
He cut off the roots of the people who had wronged
8:28
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds
8:33
So the people who rebelled against their Lord and disobeyed His command were uprooted
8:38
About the last of them
8:39
None of them left except your family
8:43
Full praise and complete thanks to God, Lord of the worlds
8:48
For His blessings upon His Messengers and those who obey Him
8:52
By presenting their arguments to the disbelievers who disagreed with them
8:56
And fulfilling what they promised them despite their disbelief in God
9:01
Say: Have you seen that God took your hearing and your sight and sealed your hearts?
9:09
And a seal on your hearts is there any god other than God who will bring it to you?
9:18
See how We explain the verses and then they change
9:27
Say, O Muhammad, what have you seen, O polytheists?
9:31
If God made you deaf, thus taking away your hearing, and blinded you, thus taking away your sight
9:38
He sealed your hearts and imprinted them
9:42
So that you do not understand a word or see an argument
9:46
Is there any god other than God who will return to you what God has taken away from you?
9:52
See how we follow up on the arguments
9:55
We give them examples and lessons for them to consider
9:59
Then they show
10:02
Say: What do you think if the punishment of God comes to you suddenly or openly?
10:09
Intensely or openly, will any of them perish except the unjust people?
10:17
Say, Muhammad
10:18
Tell me if the punishment of God comes upon you for what you associate with Him by surprise
10:24
Or has the punishment of God come to you while you are witnessing it?
10:28
Will God destroy us and you except those who worship other than those worthy of worship?
10:36
We do not send messengers except as bringers of good tidings and warners
10:43
Whoever believes and reforms, they will have no fear, nor will they grieve
10:51
We do not send our messengers except with the good news of Paradise for the obedient people
10:56
With a warning to those who disobey us, we will be punished
10:59
Whoever believes Our Messengers and accepts from them what they brought from God and does good deeds in this world
11:08
There is no fear for them when they come to their Lord of His punishment and torment
11:14
Nor do they grieve then for what they left behind in this world
11:20
And those who deny Our signs, the torment will touch them because they were defiantly disobedient
11:30
As for those who denied Our messengers and disobeyed Our commands and prohibitions
11:35
For they will be subjected to Our torment because they denied our proofs
11:42
Say, “I do not tell you that I have the treasures of God, and I do not know the unseen.”
11:50
I do not know the unseen, nor do I tell you that I am a king
11:57
I follow only what is revealed to me
12:01
Say: Are the blind and the seeing equal?
12:06
Don't you think?
12:10
Tell those who deny your prophecy
12:13
I am not telling you that there is a Lord who owns the treasures of the heavens and the earth
12:19
I know the secrets of hidden things
12:22
So you disbelieve me in what I say about that
12:26
I am not telling you that I am a king
12:29
Because a king should not be visible in his image to the eyes of humans in this world
12:36
What I follow is what I tell you and call you to
12:40
Except for the revelation of God that He reveals to me
12:44
So he carried out his message and they performed Umrah according to his command
12:47
Tell them, O Muhammad
12:49
Are the blind from the truth equal to the one who sees it?
12:53
The blind is the unbeliever and the seeing is the believer
12:57
Don't you think about what I am using as evidence against you, O people?
13:04
So learn the truth of what I say about the corruption of what you are standing in of associating with idols
13:12
And warn with it those who fear that they will be gathered to their Lord, having no protector besides Him
13:23
They have no guardian or intercessor besides Him, so that they may fear
13:34
And warn, O Muhammad, with the Qur’an the people who fear that they will be gathered to their Lord
13:41
They believe in God’s promise and threat
13:44
They have no one to protect them from the punishment of God and save them from it
13:50
There is no intercessor who can intercede for them with God and save them from His punishment
13:55
Warn them to fear God within themselves
13:59
They obey their Lord and work for their enemy
14:03
And do not ape those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking His face
14:12
You do not have to account for anything from them, nor do you have to account for them
14:20
And you do not have to account for them in any way, so you expel them and become among the wrongdoers
14:31
And do not expel, O Muhammad, those who call on their Lord and ask Him for His pardon and forgiveness
14:38
He reminded them of it on their tongues in the morning and evening
14:42
They thus seek closeness to God and closeness to His satisfaction
14:47
You do not have to account for the provision you have provided them with
14:52
And they do not have to bear any account for the provision I have provided you with
14:56
Then you expel them and become one of the wrongdoers
15:01
And thus We tried some of them with others so that they would say, “Are these people the gift of God upon them?”
15:11
To say: Are these people from among us whom God bestows upon them?
15:20
Doesn't God know those who are thankful?
15:26
Likewise, We tested and tested some of His creation with others
15:31
This includes his disagreement with them in what he allocated to them of livelihood and morals
15:38
He made some rich and some poor
15:42
Some are strong and some are weak
15:45
I need each other
15:48
To say: Who has been led astray by God?
15:50
Are these people whom God has bestowed guidance and guidance on?
15:55
They are poor, weak, and humiliated
15:58
I know who of My creation is thankful for My blessings and who is disbeliever
16:05
And when those who believe in Our signs come to you, say, “Peace be upon you.”
16:14
Your Lord has decreed mercy upon Himself that whoever among you does evil
16:23
Whoever among you does evil out of ignorance and then repents
16:33
Then he repented after him and succeeded, for He is Forgiving and Merciful
16:43
And when the people come to you, O Muhammad, who believe in our evidence and arguments
16:50
They seek guidance from their past sins
16:53
Do they have repentance, so do not despair of them
16:58
And tell them: God has protected you from your sins
17:03
To punish you for it after you repent of it
17:07
Your Lord, merciful to His creation, has decreed that whoever among you has committed a sin will be punished
17:13
Then he repents and makes amends, for his sin is forgiven if he repents
17:18
He is merciful to the repentant by punishing him for his sin after he repents of it
17:25
And thus We detail the verses to clarify the path of the criminals
17:33
We will also detail our information and evidence for you and explain them to you
17:38
Until it becomes clear what is right from what is wrong and what is right from what is wrong
17:43
And may the path of criminals become clear to you and to the believers
17:49
Say, “I am forbidden to worship those whom you call upon besides God.”
17:56
Say, “I do not follow your desires. I have gone astray, and I am not among those who are guided.”
18:07
Say, O Muhammad, to these polytheists
18:10
God has forbidden me from worshiping those whom you call upon other than Him
18:15
I will not follow you on what you call me to do
18:19
I will not give you your love and desire for it
18:23
If you do that, you have abandoned the argument of truth
18:28
So I became astray like you, without integrity
18:32
Say, “Indeed, I have clear knowledge from my Lord,” and you have denied him
18:40
I don't have anything to rush you with
18:44
Judgment belongs only to God
18:48
He tells the truth and is the best of deciders
18:55
Say, O Muhammad, I am upon a statement that I have made clear
19:00
And proof has been made clear to me from my Lord
19:03
And you lied about your Lord
19:07
Why are you in a hurry to avoid God's wrath and torment at my hand?
19:11
Nor am I capable of that
19:15
What is the ruling on what you, O polytheists, hasten to do with God’s punishment?
19:20
Except God, who is not unjust in His judgment
19:24
He is the best of those who decide between us through His judgment and judgment
19:29
Tell me if I have something you are in a hurry with
19:35
To settle the matter between you and me
19:38
And God knows best the wrongdoers
19:44
Say, O Muhammad, if only I had the punishment that you can hasten
19:49
To settle the matter between you and me
19:52
So the separation was quicker
19:55
But that is in God's hands
19:58
Who knows best the time of His sending against the wrongdoers
20:02
He knows best when to take revenge on them
20:07
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
