0:05 Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08 It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:14 Surah Al-Zukhruf
0:18 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:22 Protector
0:26 And the clear book
0:31 We have made it an Arabic Qur’an so that you may understand
0:41 Indeed, in the Mother of the Book we have, Ali is Wise
0:49 Protector
0:52 An oath from God Almighty
0:54 I swear by this clear book to those who ponder it and think about its words
0:59 We sent it down as a Qur’an in the Arabic language
1:03 Perhaps you can understand its meanings and the sermons it contains
1:08 This book is the original book from which this book was copied
1:14 With us there is one of exaltation and exaltation, whose verses are clear
1:19 Shall we ignore the remembrance of you if you are an extravagant people?
1:31 Shall we turn away from you and leave you, O polytheists, to do what you think?
1:36 We do not remind you of Our punishment because you are a polytheist people
1:42 How many prophets We sent among the first two
1:50 Not a single prophet came to them except that they mocked him
1:58 We were destroyed with more brutality than them, and it went on like the first ones
2:08 How many prophets did We send, O Muhammad, in the first two centuries?
2:13 And no prophet will come to any of the first nations calling them to guidance
2:18 Unless they mocked him mockingly, just as your people mocked you, O Muhammad
2:25 We were destroyed more brutally than those who mocked their prophets
2:31 They did not defeat us with their strength and brutality
2:35 And they were not able to withstand our punishment when it came to them
2:39 Those who are weaker than themselves are free and unable to abstain
2:46 And those polytheists who mocked you went on to say, “Like us in their examples of denying Our Messengers.”
2:53 Let those who mock you, O Muhammad, expect our punishment
2:59 Like what we made permissible for those
3:04 And if you ask them who created the heavens and the earth?
3:09 They would say, “He created them, the Mighty, the All-Knowing.”
3:20 Who made the earth a cradle for you and made paths therein for you that you may be guided
3:31 And if you ask, O Muhammad, these polytheists from your people
3:36 Who created the seven heavens and the earth
3:39 To say that their dear creation is in His power and in His vengeance against His enemies
3:45 The One who knows them and the things in them
3:49 Who prepared the earth for you
3:52 So He made it a platform for you to walk on with your feet
3:56 He made easy for you roads for you to pass from town to town
4:02 So that you can be guided by these paths to wherever you want from the countries
4:09 And He sent down water from the sky in measure, so spread it to us
4:19 So We spread therein a clean town. This is how you will emerge
4:30 And He sent down from the sky water as much as you need
4:35 He did not make it like a flood so that it would be a torment
4:39 Do not make it too small so that the plant does not grow
4:43 So we revived with it a town from your country that was barren and had neither vegetation nor crops
4:49 We also produced with this water plants and crops
4:53 Likewise, O people, you will emerge after your annihilation on earth
4:58 And He who created all pairs and made for you ships and livestock that you ride
5:09 So that you may stand on His back and then remember the blessing of your Lord
5:17 If you stand on it and say, Glory be to Him who has subjected this to us, and we would not have been able to associate with Him
5:30 And to our Lord we will turn
5:38 And He who created everything and married it
5:41 He created males from females in pairs, and females from males in pairs
5:48 And He made ships for you to ride on the seas
5:52 Among the livestock are what you ride on land
5:55 Such as camels, horses, mules and donkeys
5:59 So that you may stand on the backs of what you ride
6:02 Then remember the blessing of your Lord by subjugating it to you if you are satisfied with it
6:08 So they magnified him and glorified him
6:11 And you say, “In honor of God, who has subjected to us this ship and livestock that we rode.”
6:18 What the polytheists describe
6:21 We were neither able nor able to control him
6:25 And to our Lord after our death we will return to Him
6:32 And they made him a part of His servants
6:36 Man is clearly ungrateful
6:44 Or did He take daughters from what He created and describe you as sons?
6:54 These polytheists made God a share of His creation
6:58 By saying that the angels are the daughters of God
7:02 Man is eager for the blessings of his Lord
7:06 His disbelief shows his blessings upon him who contemplates him with the thought of his heart
7:11 Your Lord, you ignorant ones, has taken from what He creates daughters
7:16 And He saved you with children and made them yours
7:21 And if someone gives good news of something, he gives an example to the Most Merciful
7:27 His face remained black and he was gloomy
7:38 And if one of these polytheists preached something similar to God
7:43 His resemblance is similar, and that is how he described him, that he had daughters
7:48 His face remained black from the bad news he had experienced, and he was sad
7:55 Or one who is initiated into a solution while he is in a dispute without being clear.
8:16 And they made the angels, who are servants of the Most Merciful, female.
8:24 Make their creation bear witness, their testimony will be recorded and they will be questioned.
8:33 And they made the angels of God, who are His creation and His servants, daughters of God.
8:39 They made them witness this and they knew it. Their testimonies will be recorded.
8:44 And they will be asked about their testimony in the Hereafter.
8:47 To provide proof of its truth, but they will not find a way to do so.
8:55 And they say, “If the Most Gracious had willed, We would not have worshiped them.” They have no knowledge of that. They only lie.
9:08 Or did We give them a Book before it, so they adhere to it?
9:17 He said: These polytheists are from Quraish
9:21 If the Most Gracious had willed, we would not have worshiped our idols
9:25 But there was no punishment imposed on us for our worship of it because of His satisfaction with us
9:31 They have no knowledge of the truth of what they say about that
9:35 But they say it deceitfully and lying
9:39 We have not given these hypocrites a book of the truth of what they say before this Qur’an which We have sent down to you, O Muhammad
9:49 They adhere to that book and work by it
9:55 Rather, they said, “We found our fathers following a nation, and we are guided in their footsteps.”
10:13 We did not give these people a book from Us
10:18 But they said, “We found our fathers who were before us following a religion and religion.”
10:26 We follow in the footsteps of our fathers in their religion, following their method
10:49 Thus, just as these polytheists from Quraish did, so did those who disbelieved in God before them
10:58 They said the same thing
11:00 We did not send messengers before you, O Muhammad, to any town to its people
11:06 Except what their leaders and elders said
11:10 We found our fathers to be of a sect and religion
11:14 We follow their approach and method, emulating their actions
