In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08
It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:13
Surah Al-Kahf
0:15
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:22
Praise be to God who sent down the Book to His servant
0:27
And He did not make it crooked
0:32
Praise be to God who singled out Muhammad for his message
0:36
So He sent him to his creation as a sent prophet
0:40
And His Book was revealed to him, without any crookedness or bias in it
0:44
Valuable to warn of severe punishment from Him
0:52
He gives good news to the believers
0:55
He gives good news to believers who do good deeds
1:00
That they will have a good reward
1:04
It's never enough for me
1:08
Moderate and upright
1:11
To warn you, O people, of a swift and severe punishment from God
1:16
And God and His Messenger give good tidings to the believers
1:20
Those who do good deeds will have a great reward
1:25
It is paradise
1:26
They are immortal and cannot be moved or transferred
1:32
He warns those who said, “God has taken a son.”
1:39
He also warns the people who said, “God has given a son.”
1:45
From the polytheists of his people and others
1:48
God is mighty and His vengeance is urgent
1:51
His torment will be postponed based on what they said
1:55
They have no knowledge of it, nor did their fathers
2:03
The words that came out of their mouths grew bigger
2:07
They say nothing but lies
2:12
These people who say this statement about God have no knowledge
2:18
Their ancestors who went before them had no knowledge of God and His greatness
2:23
The greatness of the word is a word that comes out of the mouths of these people
2:29
What do these people say?
2:32
God took a son
2:34
Except lies and lies that we invent against God
2:39
Perhaps you will kill yourself on their tracks
2:44
If they do not believe in this hadith, sorry
2:50
Perhaps, O Muhammad, you are the one who will kill and destroy your soul based on the traces of your people
2:56
They did not believe in this book that I revealed to you
3:00
We were sad, yearning, and anxious
3:04
We have made what is on the earth an adornment for it
3:09
We will test them as to which of them is best in deed
3:15
We have made what is on the earth an adornment for the earth
3:18
Let us test our servants which one should be left to her
3:22
And follow our commands and prohibitions
3:25
And I work in it obediently
3:28
Indeed, We will make what is on it a barren level
3:37
Indeed, we will destroy it after we built it with the adornments we placed on it
3:43
Their fate is that they have no plants, no crops, and no crops
3:49
Or did you think that the Companions of the Cave and Ar-Raqim were a wonder among Our signs?
3:59
It was created from the heavens and the earth and all the wonders in them
4:04
I am amazed by the command of the Companions of the Cave
4:07
My argument for all of this is based on these polytheists among your people
4:13
Al-Raqim is a tablet, stone, or something on which a book is written
4:19
He was the first boy to go to the cave
4:24
When the first boys went to the mountain cave
4:28
Fleeing with their religion to God
4:31
They said, “When they were given shelter, our Lord, give us mercy from You.”
4:38
Our Lord, give us mercy from You
4:42
And provide us with guidance in our affairs
4:47
When the first boys went to the mountain cave
4:50
Fleeing with their religion to God
4:53
They said, “When they were given shelter, our Lord, give us mercy from You.”
4:58
Make it easy for us to do what we seek and what we seek from Your satisfaction
5:02
In order to work with what you love
5:05
So we struck their ears in the cave for a number of years
5:11
Then We sent them to know the meaning of the division between the crops for a period of time
5:19
So we struck their ears by sleeping in the cave for a few years
5:25
Then we sent these young men who had taken refuge in the cave
5:30
Let My servants look and know the research
5:33
That is, the two sects that differed regarding the amount of time the young men stayed in their cave to sleep
5:40
I aim for the amount of time they stay in it
5:43
We tell you the truth about them
5:50
They are young men who believed in their Lord, and We have increased their guidance
5:56
O Muhammad, we will tell you the news of these young men who took refuge in the cave
6:03
With honesty and certainty that is beyond doubt
6:06
The boys who took shelter in the cave
6:09
Boys who believed in their Lord
6:12
We have increased their faith in their Lord and their faith and insight into their religion
6:18
And We tied their hearts when they stood up and said, “Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth.”
6:34
We will not call upon a god other than Him
6:38
So we said too much
6:43
We inspired them with patience
6:47
We strengthened their hearts with the light of faith
6:50
When they rose in the hands of the mighty, Janus struck
6:54
And they said to him
6:56
Our Lord is the King of the heavens and the earth and everything in them
7:01
We will not call upon a God other than the Lord of the heavens and the earth
7:05
Because we called upon a god other than the God of the heavens and the earth
7:10
So we have told a huge lie
7:14
It exceeds its value in length and exaggeration
7:19
These people of ours have taken gods other than Him
7:27
If they had not come against them with My authority
7:32
Who is more unjust than he who invents a lie against God?
7:38
These people of ours have taken gods other than God
7:42
They worship her without him
7:45
Do they not support their worship of it with clear evidence?
7:50
And who is more transgressing and associating with God is one who fabricates a lie
7:55
And associate with God in His authority a partner who worships Him rather than Him
8:00
And if you isolate yourself from them, and they worship none but God
8:07
So go to the cave
8:11
And your Lord will extend to you His mercy
8:15
He will provide you with ease from your affairs
8:25
And if you, young men, abandon your people who worship any gods other than God
8:31
So they went to the cave of the mountain called Ben Jullus
8:36
Your Lord extends His mercy to you
8:39
And He will facilitate for you the way out of the matter that you have thrown into it
8:44
And He will ease your affairs in which you are experiencing grief and distress
8:49
Whatever you attach to it
8:54
