0:00 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05 Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08 It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:12 Surat Al-Rum
0:18 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:24 It is God who created you from weakness, then made strength after weakness
0:34 Then He made after weakness strength
0:40 Then He made after strength weakness and gray hair
0:47 He creates whatever He wills, and He is the All-Knowing, the All-Powerful
0:54 God is the one who created you, O people, from sperm and degrading water
0:59 So He created you as equal human beings
1:02 Then give you the power to act
1:05 Then he caused you weakness through old age and arrogance
1:09 He creates whatever weakness, strength, youth and gray hair He wants
1:14 He is the All-Knowing and Almighty in arranging His creation to do whatever He wills
1:21 And on the Day when the Hour comes, the criminals will swear that they only stayed for an hour
1:27 They were also making fun of it
1:32 And the day of resurrection will come
1:35 He swears by the criminals who disbelieved in God in this world
1:40 They did not stay in their graves for more than one hour
1:44 Just as they used to lie in this world and swear to lie while they knew
1:51 And those who were given knowledge and faith said
1:55 You have remained in the Book of God until the Day of Resurrection
2:01 This is the Day of Resurrection, but you did not know
2:09 And those who were given knowledge of the Book of God and faith in God and His Book said
2:15 You have tarried what God has written, which He already knew that you would tarry
2:21 This is the day when people will be raised from their graves
2:25 But you did not know in this world that it would happen
2:30 And you are resurrected after death
2:34 On that day, it will not be of use to those who have wronged to be excused, nor will they be asked to seek blame
2:44 On the Day when they will be resurrected from their graves
2:46 It is useless for those who deny the resurrection in this world to be excused
2:51 It is what they say that we know will happen
2:55 Nor will these oppressors take back that day what they lied about in this world
3:04 And We have presented for the people every example in this Qur’an
3:12 And if you bring them a sign, those who disbelieve will say, “You are nothing but vain.”
3:23 And We have presented to people every example in this Qur’an
3:28 As a protest against them and to alert them to the oneness of God
3:34 O Muhammad, if you bring these people as evidence of the truth of what you say
3:39 Those who denied your message will say:
3:43 You, O believers, are Muhammad in what he brought to you
3:47 Except that we are false in what you bring us of these matters
3:53 Thus God seals the hearts of those who do not know
4:01 Likewise, God seals the hearts of those who do not know the truth of what you bring to them, O Muhammad, from God
4:09 From these lessons and sermons
4:12 So be patient, for God’s promise is true
4:17 And let not those who are not certain make light of you
4:26 So be patient, O Muhammad, when their harm befalls you
4:29 The promise of God that He promised you of victory over them is true
4:34 These polytheists of God do not underestimate your dream and your opinion
4:39 Those who do not believe in the resurrection and do not believe in the resurrection
4:44 They will discourage you from the command of God and influence because of the cost to you of conveying His message to them
