In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08
It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:14
Surat Al-Ma'idah
0:17
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:22
O Messenger, convey what has been sent down to you from your Lord
0:28
If you do not do so, you will not have conveyed his message
0:34
May God protect you from people
0:40
God does not guide the disbelieving people
0:47
This is a command from God Almighty that He mentioned to His Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
0:53
By informing these Jews and Christians of what was revealed to them
0:58
Of their faults, disdain and negligence
1:03
And what he ordered them to do and what he forbade them from
1:06
And God Almighty informed him that if he failed to convey anything of what was revealed to him to them, even if it was little
1:14
He is as great as he is in his position if he does not reach anything
1:21
May God protect you from people treating you badly
1:25
God does not guide anyone who strays from the path of truth to maturity
1:29
And he denied what I brought to him from God
1:59
And from your Lord is transgression
2:02
Tyranny and disbelief
2:06
Do not feel sad for the unbelieving people
2:12
Say, O Muhammad, to the community of Jews and Christians
2:16
O people of the Torah and the Gospel, you are not based on anything that you claim to be
2:22
From what Moses, may God bless him and grant him peace, brought to you, community of Jews
2:28
Nor of what Jesus brought to you, Christians
2:32
Until you establish the Torah and the Gospel
2:35
And what has been revealed to you from your Lord of what Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, brought to you
2:42
So do all of that
2:44
And do not differentiate between the messengers of God
2:47
So you believe in some and disbelieve in others
2:50
And there are not many of these Jews and Christians
2:54
The book that I revealed to you, O Muhammad
2:58
They went too far and denied you
3:01
As they were before the revelation of the Criterion
3:05
And do not make them more ungrateful for your prophecy
3:09
Do not be sad, O Muhammad, because these infidels, Jews and Christians, deny you
3:21
And the Sabians and Christians
3:25
And the Sabians and Christians
3:28
Whoever believes in God and the Last Day and does righteous deeds
3:34
And he did good deeds, so they will not fear nor will they grieve
3:43
Those who believe in God and His Messenger
3:46
The Jews, the Sabians, and the Christians
3:49
Whoever among them believes in God and believes in resurrection after death
3:54
And he did a good deed for his future
3:57
There will be no fear for them regarding the horrors they faced on the Day of Resurrection
4:03
Nor do they grieve for what they left behind in this world and its livelihood
4:08
After seeing what God has bestowed upon them with His great reward
4:20
And We sent messengers to them
4:23
Whenever a messenger comes to them with anything their souls do not desire
4:32
In what their souls did not desire. A group lied, and a group they killed
4:43
I swear
4:44
We have taken the covenant of the children of Israel to be faithful in our monotheism
4:50
And do what we ordered them to do
4:52
And to finish what we have forbidden them to do
4:55
And We sent to them messengers with that
4:59
Whenever a messenger of ours comes to them with something that their souls do not desire and does not agree with their love
5:05
They lied to a group of them and killed a group of them
5:10
In violation of our covenant that we made against them
5:14
They thought that there would be no temptation, so they became blind and committed sins, then God turned to them in repentance, and then many of them became blind
5:37
And God sees what they do
5:44
And these Israelis thought
5:47
Would God not be afflicting him and testing him with hardships of punishment for what they were doing?
5:55
So they were blind to the truth
5:56
And fulfilling the covenant that I took from them of sincere worship of Me and acting in obedience to Me
6:04
They became disgraced after I repented against them
6:07
God is All-Seeing and sees their deeds, the good and the evil
6:12
He will reward them with all of them on the Day of Resurrection
6:16
There have been many who said that God is the Messiah, the son of Mary
6:23
Christ said, O children of Israel, servant of God, my Lord and your Lord
6:32
Whoever associates anything with God, God has forbidden him Paradise
6:41
God has forbidden him Paradise and his refuge is Hell
6:49
And the oppressors have no supporters
6:56
It was something that I tested and tested them with
6:59
So they broke my covenant with my servant Jesus, son of Mary
7:04
I created him
7:06
I was rewarded by him in the same way as I was rewarded by many of My Messengers
7:11
They said, "It is God's disbelief on their part."
7:15
Christ said, O children of Israel
7:19
Make worship and submit to God, to whom everything is humble
7:24
My owner and your owner
7:27
Whoever associates partners with God, God has forbidden him Paradise to live in in the Hereafter
7:34
His return and the place to which he takes refuge and his time becomes the fire of hell
7:40
It is not for anyone who does other than what God has permitted and worships other than God
7:45
From supporters who will help him on the Day of Resurrection from God
7:50
They will save him from it if he sends him to Hell
7:54
Those who said that God is the third of three have disbelieved
8:01
There is no god but one god
8:07
And if they do not stop what they say, they will touch those who disbelieve
8:16
A painful punishment will befall those who disbelieve among them
8:25
Those who say they have disbelieved in their Lord and are polytheists
8:30
God is the third of three
8:32
What we heard was what they were saying
8:35
Ancient God is one essence
8:38
It covers three hypostases
8:41
Father, father, unborn
8:44
A son born without a father
8:47
And a pair followed between them
8:50
O people, you have no deity except one deity
8:55
Even if the author of this article does not finish what they say
9:00
Those who disbelieve will be touched by a painful punishment because of their disbelief in God
9:06
Will they not repent to God and ask Him for forgiveness?
9:11
God is Forgiving and Merciful
9:16
Will these two disbelieving groups not return?
9:20
The one who said one of them
9:22
God is Christ, son of Mary
9:25
The other one says that God is the third of three
9:29
Of what he said, and they repent of what he said
9:34
God is Forgiving of the sins of those who repent of His creation
9:38
He is merciful to them in accepting their repentance
10:04
Christ is nothing but a messenger of God
10:08
Like all of his messengers who were before him
10:11
May God reward him with whatever verses and lessons he wishes to give him
10:17
The mother of Christ is a friend
10:20
They were in need of food to feed them
10:23
And their bodies do it with signs and lessons
10:27
The mother of Christ is a friend
10:30
They were in need of food to feed them
10:33
Their bodies are full of restaurants and drinks
10:37
Like all other human beings
10:40
Look, O Muhammad, how we explain to these infidels, Jews and Christians
10:46
Evidence and arguments for the length of what they say about the prophets of God
10:51
And in their lies against God
10:54
Then see in what way they turn away from our explanation that we explain to them
10:59
And how can they go astray from the guidance to which We guide them from the truth?
11:20
Say, O Muhammad, to these infidels
11:23
Do you worship anyone but God?
11:25
Who has the power to harm you and benefit you
11:29
It is He who created you and provided for you
11:32
And God is the Hearer of their forgiveness if they ask for His forgiveness
11:36
The All-Knowing of their repentance if they repent of it
11:39
And other matters
11:42
Say, O People of the Book, do not go to extremes in your religion other than the truth
11:52
And do not follow the desires of a people who went astray before
12:00
They misled many and strayed from the straight path
12:11
Say, O Muhammad, to these dear Christians
12:15
O people of the Gospel!
12:17
Do not be forced to say what you believe
12:21
From the command of Christ
12:23
So they went beyond the truth to falsehood
12:26
And do not follow in Christ the desires of the Jews
12:30
Those who strayed before you from the path of guidance
12:33
In saying it
12:35
These Jews led many people astray
12:39
So they led them away from the path of truth
12:41
And they made them disbelieve in God
12:44
And denying Christ
12:46
These Jews deliberately lost their way
12:49
And they rode without arguing the truth
12:52
Cursed are those who disbelieved among the children of Israel
12:59
On the authority of David and Issa bin Maryam
13:03
That is because they disobeyed and transgressed
13:09
Tell these supporters
13:13
God has cursed them through the words of His prophets and messengers
13:17
David and Issa bin Maryam
13:20
That is because they disobeyed God and disobeyed His command
13:24
They were exceeding his limits
13:27
They would not refrain from the evil they had done
13:34
What they were doing was miserable
13:38
You see many of them turning to those who disbelieve
13:44
How miserable they have given themselves
13:48
That God's wrath is upon them
13:52
That God's wrath is upon them
13:56
And in torment they are eternal
14:01
These were the Jews who were cursed by God
14:05
They do not forbid one another from the sins they commit
14:09
I swear
14:11
What a miserable act they were doing
14:14
You see, O Muhammad, many of the children of Israel
14:17
They make friends with the polytheists who are idolaters
14:21
They are hostile to God’s saints and messengers
14:24
I swear
14:26
How miserable is the thing that their souls have presented to them before them until their appointed time in the afterlife
14:32
Their souls presented themselves with God's wrath upon them for what they did
14:37
And in the torment of God on the Day of Resurrection, they will remain in it forever
14:44
Even if they believed in God and the Prophet
14:49
And what was revealed to him
14:52
And what was revealed to him
14:55
They did not take them as guardians
14:59
But a lot
15:02
But a lot
15:06
Some of them are sinners
15:10
Even if they were the ones who took charge
15:15
The color of those who disbelieved among the children of Israel believe in God
15:19
They believe in his Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
15:23
He is a prophet sent to God
15:27
They acknowledge what was revealed to Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
15:31
From God
15:33
They did not take them as companions or supporters
15:36
Without believers
15:38
But many of them are people of exodus
15:41
From obeying God to disobeying Him
15:46
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
