0:00 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05 Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08 It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:14 Surat Al-Shu'ara
0:18 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:23 They said, "Shall we believe in you?" and the vile people followed you
0:30 Noah's people said God
0:32 Do we believe in you, Noah, and acknowledge your belief?
0:35 Rather, those who follow you are despicable people, not honorable people
0:40 He said, “I do not know what they were doing.”
0:46 Their reckoning is only with my Lord
0:50 If you feel
0:53 And I will not deprive the believers
0:57 I am but a warner from where
1:03 Noah said to his people
1:05 I do not know what my followers were doing
1:09 I only have the outward appearance of their affairs, not the inwardness
1:13 Whoever shows goodness, I think he is good
1:16 And whoever shows bad, I think bad of him
1:20 The reckoning of their inner affairs rests with my Lord, if you perceive
1:25 He knows the secret of their affairs and his intentions
1:29 And I am not the only one who believes in God
1:32 Follow me in believing in what I have brought from God
1:36 I am nothing but a warner to you from your Lord
1:40 I have given you a warning
1:43 They said, “If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be among those who will be stoned.”
1:52 He told his people
1:54 If you do not stop, O Noah, from what you say and call for
1:58 It shames our gods
2:00 To be among the reviled
2:04 He said, “My Lord, my people are lying.”
2:09 So open a conquest between me and them, and save me and those who are with me from among the believers
2:20 Noah said
2:22 My Lord, my people are lying in the truth you have given them
2:27 So judge between me and them with a ruling from you, by which the invalid will be destroyed
2:33 Save me from that torment and those with me who believe in you and believe in me
2:40 So We saved him and those with him in the loaded ark
2:46 Then we drowned after the rest
2:53 So We saved Noah and those of the believers with him in the venerable, full ark
2:59 Then we drowned the rest of his people who denied him
3:05 Indeed, in that is a sign, but most of them were not believers
3:14 Indeed, your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful
3:22 In what we did, O Muhammad, to Noah and those of the believers with him
3:27 It is a sign for you and for your people, those who believe you and those who deny you
3:32 Our practice is to protect our messengers and their followers
3:37 And destroy those who deny God
3:39 And so is my Sunnah regarding you and your people
3:43 And most of your people were not those who believed you
3:47 From what was mentioned above in God’s decree, they will not believe
3:51 Indeed, your Lord is Almighty in His vengeance on those who disbelieve in Him
3:56 Merciful to those who repent among them
4:03 When their brother Hud said to them, “Do not be fearful.”
4:09 I am a faithful messenger to you
4:13 So fear God and obey
4:17 I do not ask you for any reward for it. My reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds
4:26 The messengers of God returned to them
4:30 When their brother Hud said to them, “Do you not fear God’s punishment for your disbelief in Him?”
4:36 I am a messenger to you from my Lord commanding you to obey Him
4:40 And he warns you of your disbelief
4:43 Faithful to his revelation and message
4:46 So fear God by obeying Him and adhering to what He commands you and prohibits you
4:52 And obey what I command you to do regarding fearing God and warning yourself of His authority
4:58 I do not ask for any reward or reward from you
5:01 My reward and reward for my advice to you is only from the Lord of the Worlds
5:09 Do you build with all the revenue of a sign in vain?
5:15 And you establish factories that you may live forever
5:20 And if you attack, you attack the tyrants
5:27 Hood said to his people
5:29 Shall you build a structure in every high place of the earth, over whom will you play?
5:35 And you take a building as if you are immortal
5:39 It is permissible for the building to be built palaces and forts
5:44 It may be water outlets
5:47 If you rob, you will be robbed, killed with swords, and beaten with whips
5:54 So fear God and obey
5:57 And fear Him who has provided you with what you know
6:03 I will provide you with livestock and children
6:09 Cheeks and eyes
6:14 I fear for you the torment of a great day
6:22 So fear God's punishment, O people
6:25 By obeying Him in what He commands and prohibits you
6:29 And beware of the wrath of God, who has given you from Him what you know
6:34 I will help you with livestock and children
6:38 Orchards and rivers
6:40 I fear for you the punishment of a great day from God
6:46 They said, “It is the same for us whether you preach or not.”
6:54 This is nothing but the creation of the first two
6:58 And we are not tormented
7:02 She said: 'Ad returned to their Prophet Hud, may God bless him and grant him peace
7:07 Your preaching to us and your abandonment of preaching are moderate to us
7:12 We will not believe you and we will not believe you for what you have brought us
7:16 What we do is nothing but a habit on our part, according to their morals and religion
7:22 And God will not punish us for it
7:26 But they denied him, so We destroyed them
7:29 Indeed, there is a sign in that
7:33 And most of them were not believers
7:39 Indeed, your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful
7:45 So Aad, the Messenger of their Lord, lied as Hud
7:48 So we destroyed Aad because they denied our Messenger
7:52 Our destruction of Aad is a lesson and a warning to your people, O Muhammad
7:58 We have destroyed more than those who believe in the foreknowledge of God
8:04 Indeed, your Lord is Almighty in taking revenge on His enemies
8:08 Merciful to those who believe in Him
8:12 Thamud denied the messengers
8:15 When their brother Saleh said to them, “Don’t you fear?”
8:22 I am a faithful messenger to you
8:26 So fear God and obey
8:29 I do not ask you for any reward for it. My reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds
8:39 Thamud lied to the messengers of God
8:41 When their brother Saleh called them to God
8:45 He said to them
8:46 O people, do you not fear God’s punishment for your disobedience to Him?
8:52 I am to you a messenger from God who sent me to you
8:56 By warning you of his punishment for disobeying his order
9:00 Amen to his message that he sent with me to you
9:05 So fear God, O people, and beware of His punishment
9:09 And I obey in warning you
9:12 I do not ask you for his advice and warning of any reward or reward
9:18 My reward and reward are only from the Lord of all that is in the heavens and on earth
9:24 And what is between them is His creation
9:28 Will you leave here safe?
9:33 In gardens and eyes
9:37 And crops and palm trees with digestive crops
9:43 And you carve luxurious houses out of the mountains
9:50 Will your Lord leave you, O people, in this world, safe and fearless?
9:56 In some gardens and springs
9:59 Plants and palm trees have broken-down crops, softening and moisturizing them
10:05 Either by touching hands
10:07 Or by riding on top of each other
10:10 And you make houses in the mountains, adept at carving them
10:15 Choosing where to carve it
10:19 So fear God and obey
10:22 And do not obey the command of the extravagant
10:28 Those who make mischief on earth and do not reform
10:34 So fear God’s punishment, O people, for disobeying your Lord
10:39 And obey me in my advice to you
10:42 If I warn you of God’s punishment, you will be guided
10:46 And do not obey, O people, the command of those who are extravagant in their persistence in disobeying God
10:53 They are the nine Rahat who were spreading corruption on earth with their sins
10:58 They do not improve themselves by working in obedience to God
11:04 They said, “You are one of those who are enchanted.”
11:10 You are only a human being like us, so bring a sign
11:16 If you are honest
11:21 Thamud said to their Prophet Saleh, peace and blessings be upon him
11:26 You are one of the created beings
11:29 Those who indulge in food and drink like us
11:33 You are neither a lord nor a king, so we obey you
11:36 You, Saleh, are nothing but a human being like us, human beings
11:41 You eat what we eat and drink what we drink
11:45 So provide proof and evidence that you are right in what you say
11:50 If you are among those who believe in his claim that God sent him to us
11:56 He said: This is a camel, she gets to drink, and you get to drink on a specified day
12:04 And do not touch her with any harm, lest the torment of a great day overtake you
12:14 Saleh said, “This is a camel, people.”
12:18 She has a share and a share of water, and you have the same
12:22 On the day of its arrival, you are not permitted to drink anything from it
12:27 And she may not drink anything of yours during your day
12:32 Do not touch it with anything that would harm it, such as slander, killing, or the like
12:37 Then the torment of a day, a great torment, will befall you from God
12:43 So they destroyed it and became regretful
12:47 Then the torment seized them. Indeed, there is a sign in that
12:54 And most of them were not believers
12:59 Indeed, your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful
13:06 So they slaughtered the camel, and they regretted slaughtering it
13:11 Their regret did not help them
13:13 And the punishment of God, which He had threatened them with, seized them and destroyed them
13:19 The destruction of Thamud is a lesson for those of your people who consider it, O Muhammad
13:25 Most of them will not believe in the foreknowledge of God
13:29 Indeed, your Lord, O Muhammad, is Almighty in taking revenge on His enemies
13:34 Merciful to those of His creation who believe in Him
13:39 A people lied to the homeland of the messengers
13:43 When their brother Lutan told them: Do not be fearful
13:50 I am a faithful messenger to you
13:54 So fear God and obey
13:58 I do not ask you for any reward for it. My reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds
14:08 Lutan's people denied the messengers God sent to them
14:12 When their brother Lutan told them: O people, do you not fear God?
14:19 I am to you a messenger from your Lord, faithful to His revelation
14:23 So fear God within yourselves, lest His punishment befall you for denying His Messenger
14:30 And obey what I have called you to do
14:33 I do not ask you to give me any reward or reward for my advice
14:38 My reward for my advice to you is only from the Lord of the worlds
14:45 Do you come from the two worlds?
14:49 And you leave behind what your Lord has created for you from among your wives
14:55 Rather, you are a habitual people
15:01 Do you marry males from among the sons of Adam?
15:04 And you call on those whom your Lord created for you from among your wives
15:09 Rather, you are a people who transgress what your Lord has permitted for you and made permissible for you regarding private parts
15:15 To what has been forbidden to you
15:19 They said: If you do not stop, O Lot, you will be among the directors
15:28 He said, “I am one of those who speak to you.”
15:36 Lot's people said
15:38 Because, O Lot, you do not desist from our prohibition of male sexual intercourse
15:42 To be among the directors from among us and our country
15:47 Lot said to them
15:49 I swear by your work that you do in bringing the two reminders
15:54 From the haters who deny what he did
15:57 Lord, save me and my family from what they do
16:03 So We saved him and all his family
16:08 Except an old man among those who left behind
16:12 Then we destroyed the others
16:16 And We rained rain upon them
16:21 The rain of the warners
16:27 Lot said
16:29 Lord, save me and my family from your punishment
16:32 So we saved him and his entire family from our punishment
16:36 Except an old man among the rest
16:38 As the years passed, it became old
16:43 She was destroyed among the people of Lot
16:46 Because she used to show her people to the guests
16:50 It has been said
16:51 It was said from those who left behind
16:54 Because she did not die with her people in their village
16:58 And that the stone struck her after she left their village with Lot and his two daughters
17:04 She was one of those who remained behind after her people
17:08 Then God destroyed it with the stones that rained down on the remnants of Lot’s people
17:14 Then We destroyed the others of Lot's people with destruction
17:18 And We rained rain upon them
17:20 This is because God sent stones of shale from the sky upon them
17:26 How miserable is that rain, the rain of the people who were warned by their Prophet, but they denied him
17:33 Indeed, there is a sign in that
17:37 And most of them were not believers
17:42 Indeed, your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful
17:49 Our destruction of the people of Lot is a lesson and a warning to your people, O Muhammad
17:55 Most of them were not believers before God knew
18:00 Indeed, your Lord is Almighty, Most Merciful to whoever believes in Him
18:05 The owners of the grove lied to the messengers
18:09 When Shuaib said to them: Do not be fearful
18:14 I am a faithful messenger to you
18:19 So fear God and obey
18:23 I do not ask you for any reward for it. My reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds
18:32 The people of the grove lied, and they were the people of Media
18:36 And the thorny tree
18:39 Shuaib said to them: Do you not fear God’s punishment for disobeying your Lord?
18:46 I am to you from God a messenger faithful to His revelation
18:50 So fear God’s punishment for your disobedience to His command, and obey and be guided
18:56 I do not ask you for my advice or reward
19:00 My reward and reward for that is only from the Lord of the Worlds
