In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:05
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
0:08
It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari
0:12
Surat Al-Hajj
0:18
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
0:23
God defends those who believe
0:29
God does not love every traitor like a bull
0:53
Permission for those who fight because they have been wronged
0:59
And God is able to help them
1:06
God’s permission is for the believers who fight the polytheists in His cause
1:11
That the polytheists wronged them by fighting them
1:14
Indeed, God is able to grant victory to the believers who fight in God’s cause
1:21
He supported them, honored them, and raised them up
1:24
And destroyed their enemy and humiliated them with their own hands
1:29
Those who were expelled from their homes unjustly
1:34
Unless they say, “Our Lord is God.”
1:39
If God had not pushed people against each other
1:44
Silos were demolished and sold
1:48
Silos were demolished and sold
1:50
Prayers and mosques
1:54
The name of God is mentioned often
1:58
And may God help those who help Him
2:05
God is powerful and mighty
2:11
So for those who fight
2:14
Those who were expelled from their homes unjustly
2:18
They did not leave their homes except with their words
2:21
Our Lord is God alone, He has no partners
2:24
If it were not for him, people would defend each other
2:28
And the polytheists suffice with the Muslims
2:31
Like the ruler who restrained his subjects
2:34
About injustice between them
2:36
If it were not for that, they would be unjust
2:38
The oppressors demolished the monks' cells
2:42
And selling Christians
2:43
And the Jewish churches
2:45
And Muslim mosques in which the name of God is often mentioned
2:50
May God help those who fight in His cause
2:54
God is powerful in helping those who strive in His cause
2:58
Invincible in his power
3:01
He cannot be defeated by a conqueror, nor can he be defeated by a conqueror
3:06
Who, if We establish them on earth, will establish prayer
3:12
They paid zakat and enjoined what was right
3:17
They enjoined what is right and forbade what is wrong
3:22
And to God is the outcome of matters
3:27
Permission is given to those who fight because they have been wronged
3:31
Who if we enter the country
3:34
So they defeated the polytheists and defeated them
3:37
They established prayer within its limits
3:40
And they gave zakat on their money
3:42
They called on people to unite God and act in obedience to Him
3:47
They forbade associating others with God
3:49
To God belongs the last affairs of creation
3:52
To Him is her destiny in reward and punishment in the Hereafter
3:58
And if they deny you, then you have lied before them
4:03
The people of Noah, Ad and Thamud
4:09
The people of Abraham and the people of Lot
4:13
And the owners of Media
4:16
And Moses lied
4:18
So I dictated to the unbelievers and then took them
4:23
So how was Nakir?
4:28
And if these polytheists of God deny you, O Muhammad
4:32
Before them, the people of Noah and the people of Ad and Thamud lied
4:37
And the people of Abraham, and the people of Lot, and the people of Shuaib
4:42
All of these people lied to their Messenger
4:45
And Moses lied
4:47
So I gave respite to the infidels from these nations
4:50
I did not rush them with vengeance and torment
4:53
Then I punished them
4:56
So look, O Muhammad, how I changed the blessing they had
5:01
And deny them the kindness you were doing to them
5:07
How many towns have we destroyed?
5:11
It is unjust and empty
5:15
It is empty of its thrones
5:18
A broken well and a built palace
5:27
O Muhammad, how many towns have you destroyed their people?
5:30
They worship other than those who should be worshiped
5:34
Its people were destroyed
5:36
It collapsed and fell on its building and roofs
5:40
And from a well, We disrupted it by annihilating its people and destroying its people
5:46
It got buried and broke down
5:48
It is a palace empty of its inhabitants after their death
5:54
Have they not traveled through the earth and had hearts with which to reason?
6:00
Or ears to hear
6:04
It does not blind the eyes
6:07
But the hearts in the breasts are blinded
6:14
Didn't these people who deny God's verses walk around the country?
6:19
They look at the wrestler who denounces God’s messengers
6:22
They think about it and consider it
6:26
If they reflect on this, they will have hearts with which to understand God’s arguments against His creation
6:32
Or ears that listen to hear the truth
6:36
Be aware of that and distinguish between it and falsehood
6:40
It does not blind their eyes
6:43
But their hearts within their chests are blinded from seeing and knowing the truth
6:50
They will hasten your punishment, and God will not break His promise
6:57
Indeed, one day with your Lord is like a thousand years of what you count
7:08
And they ask you to hasten, O Muhammad, the polytheist of your people, to save them from the punishment of God
7:14
God will not break His promise to you
7:17
And one of the days that God has is the Day of Resurrection
7:22
One day is like a thousand years of your number
7:25
And that is not far off for him
7:28
And he is far away from you
7:31
Therefore, he should not hasten the punishment of whoever wants to punish him
7:35
Until it reaches its full term
7:39
As if there was a town in which I dictated to her while she was unjust and then took her
7:49
Then I took it to my destination
7:56
And there is no town that gave them respite and delayed their torment
8:01
And they are polytheists in God
8:03
I did not hasten their torment
8:06
Then I took her torment
8:08
So I tortured her in this world
8:10
And their fate also after their destruction
8:14
Then they will face such torment that we will never cease
8:20
Say, O people, I am only a clear warner to you
8:29
Those who believe and do righteous deeds will receive forgiveness and a generous provision
8:38
And those who strive in Our signs with impotence - those are the dwellers of Hell
8:49
Say, O Muhammad, to the polytheists of your people
8:52
O people, I am only warning you of the punishment that God will inflict on you in this world
8:59
And his torment in the afterlife
9:01
I will show you my warning and show it
9:05
So those of you who believe in God and His Messenger and do righteous deeds
9:10
For them, God will cover their sins
9:12
And good provision in heaven
9:15
And those who worked on our arguments
9:18
So they turned away from following our Messenger
9:21
They defeated the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
9:25
They think they can defeat him and defeat him
9:29
God guaranteed his victory over them
9:32
This was their miracle from God
9:35
Those who have this characteristic
9:39
They are the inhabitants of Hell on the Day of Resurrection and its inhabitants
9:44
We did not send before you any messenger or prophet
9:50
Unless he made a wish, the devil casts his wish
10:02
So God cancels what Satan receives
10:06
So God cancels what Satan casts, then God establishes His signs, and God is All-Knowing, All-Wise
10:18
We did not send before you any messenger or prophet unless he recited the Book of God and read or spoke and spoke
10:29
Cast Satan into the Book of God that he recited and read, or into the conversation that he spoke and spoke
10:37
So God removes whatever Satan casts of that on the tongue of His Prophet and nullifies it
10:43
Then God rids the verses of His Book of falsehood that Satan cast on the tongue of His Prophet
10:50
God is All-Knowing of what happens to His creation, and nothing is hidden from Him
10:57
He is wise in his management of them and spending them in whatever he wants and likes
11:03
To make what Satan casts a trial for those in whose hearts is turmoil and whose hearts are hard
11:14
Indeed, the oppressors are on a far journey
11:22
So God cancels what Satan casts, then God establishes His signs
11:28
In order to make what Satan casts in his Prophet’s wish falsehood
11:33
A test by which those in whose hearts is a disease of hypocrisy are tested
11:38
And for those whose hearts have hardened to believe in God
11:42
And the polytheists of your people, O Muhammad, are in conflict with God in His matter and far from the truth
11:49
And let those who have been given knowledge know that it is the truth from your Lord and believe in it
11:58
So their hearts will be steadfast to Him. Indeed, God guides those who believe to a sure path
12:11
And so that the people of knowledge know about God
12:15
It is what God has revealed of His signs and the wisest
12:19
And abrogate what Satan threw at him
12:22
It is the truth from your Lord, O Muhammad
12:25
They believe in it, and their hearts are subjected to the Qur’an
12:29
Indeed, God guides those who believe in God and His Messenger to the clear, purposeful truth
12:36
By abrogating what Satan made in his Messenger’s wish
12:40
Satan's plots will not harm them
12:43
And those who disbelieve will remain in doubt about it until the Hour suddenly comes to them or the torment of a destructive day comes to them
13:01
Those who disbelieve in God are still in doubt about the Qur’an
13:07
Until the Hour suddenly comes to them and they are subjected to eternal torment
13:12
Or the torment of a day that is barren for them will come to them
13:15
Do not look at it at night
13:18
But they are killed before evening
13:21
The kingdom on that day belongs to God and will judge between them
13:27
Those who believe and do righteous deeds will be in gardens of bliss
13:36
And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs
13:40
For those will suffer a humiliating punishment
13:47
Sultanate and kingship, when the Hour comes, belongs to God alone, with no partner
13:54
He separates his creation from the polytheists and the believers
13:58
Those who believe in this Qur’an
14:01
They did what was permissible and forbidden in it
14:05
In the gardens of bliss that day
14:08
And those who disbelieve in God and His Messenger
14:11
And they denied the verses of His Book and its revelation
14:14
They will have a humiliating torment before God on the Day of Resurrection in Hell
14:20
And those who migrated for the sake of God and then were killed or died
14:27
May God grant them a good provision
14:32
And God is the best provider
14:38
And those who left their homelands and clans
14:41
So they left that for the pleasure and obedience of God
14:45
Then they were killed or died while they were
14:48
May God grant them abundant reward on the Day of Resurrection in His Paradise
14:54
And God is the best and most generous of those who extend His grace to those who obey Him
15:00
To let them enter a way that pleases them
15:09
For God is All-Knowing, All-Knowing
15:14
So that God will admit those who are killed in His path to a way that pleases Him
15:20
It is paradise
15:22
And God is All-Knowing of those who migrate in His way
15:25
Whoever leaves his home seeking spoils or some of the worldly offers
15:31
He is forbearing towards those who disobey His creation by refraining from treating them with punishment and torment
15:37
Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
