0:23 “He hath ordained for you that religion which He commended unto Noah, and that which We inspire in thee (Muhammad), and that which We commended unto Abraham and Moses and Jesus, saying: Establish the religion, and be not divided therein. Dreadful for the idolaters is that unto which thou callest them. Allah chooseth for Himself whom He will, and guideth unto Himself him who turneth (toward Him).” (42:13)

1:00 He has ordained for you, O people, of the religion what He enjoined upon Noah to practice.

1:06 And He has ordained for you of the religion that which We have revealed to you, O Muhammad, and commanded you to follow.

1:13 And what We enjoined upon Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: a single commandment, which is to establish the religion.

1:20 And do not differ regarding the religion you have been commanded to uphold.

1:25 It is burdensome to those who associate partners with Allah that to which you invite them: the sincere worship of Allah and the affirmation of His absolute Oneness.

1:33 Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills from among His creation.

1:37 And He grants success in obeying Him to those who turn toward His obedience.

1:41 And who return in repentance from their sins.

1:45 And they did not become divided except after knowledge had come to them, out of mutual jealousy.

1:53 “And they were not divided until after the knowledge came unto them, through rivalry among themselves; and had it not been for a Word that had already gone forth from thy Lord for an appointed term, it surely had been judged between them. And those who were made to inherit the Scripture after them are verily in hopeless doubt concerning it.” (42:14)

2:34 But He has deferred that until an appointed time.

2:38 Your Lord would have finished the judgment between these disputing parties.

2:42 By destroying the people of falsehood among them.

2:45 And granting victory to the people of truth over them.

2:48 And indeed, those who were given the Torah and the Gospel.

2:52 Are in a state of disquieting doubt concerning the religion.

2:56 So to that, invite them.

2:58 And remain on the right course as you have been commanded.

3:01 And do not follow their inclinations.

Allah is our Lord and your Lord. Unto us our works and unto you your works; no argument between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and unto Him is the journeying.” (42:15)

3:12 And I have been commanded to judge justly between you.

3:15 Allah is our Lord and your Lord.

3:19 To us belong our deeds, and to you belong your deeds.

3:34 So to that religion which He has ordained for you.

3:37 Invite them, O servants of Allah.

3:39 And remain steadfast in practicing it.

3:41 And do not follow, O Muhammad, the inclinations of those who doubt the truth.

3:46 And say to them:

3:48 I believe in whatever Book Allah has revealed.

3:51 Whatever that Book may be.

3:54 And my Lord has commanded me to judge justly between you, O factions.

3:58 So I shall conduct myself among you all with the truth that He has commanded me.

4:03 Allah is our Master and your Master.

4:06 For us is the reward of the deeds we have earned.

4:09 And for you is the reward of the deeds you have earned.

4:13 There is no hostility between us and you.

4:16 Allah will gather us together on the Day of Resurrection.

4:19 And He will judge between us with the truth regarding that in which we differed.

4:23 And to Him is the final return.

4:26 “And those who argue concerning Allah after He hath been acknowledged, their argument hath no weight with their Lord, and wrath is upon them and theirs will be an awful doom.” (42:16)

4:36 “And those who argue concerning Allah after He hath been acknowledged, their argument hath no weight with their Lord, and wrath is upon them and theirs will be an awful doom.” (42:16)

4:47 And those who dispute concerning the religion of Allah after people have responded to it.

4:52 Their dispute is invalid and futile before their Lord.

4:57 And upon them is wrath from Allah.

4:59 And for them in the Hereafter is a severe punishment.

5:02 Which is the punishment of the Fire.

5:05 “Allah it is Who hath revealed the Scripture with truth, and the Balance. How canst thou know? It may be that the Hour is nigh.” (42:17)

5:39 It is Allah who has revealed this Qur'an with the truth.

5:47 And to rule among them with the judgment of Allah which He commanded in His Book.

5:51 And what makes you know? Perhaps the Hour, when the Resurrection occurs, is near.

5:58 Those who do not believe in its coming seek to hasten it, O Muhammad.

6:03 But those who believe in its coming are fearful of its occurrence.

6:08 Because they do not know what Allah will do with them.

6:12 And they believe that its coming is the absolute truth.

6:16 Verily, those who dispute concerning the coming of the Hour and argue about it.

6:21 Are in deep error, far from the truth.

6:27 “Allah is gracious unto His slaves. He provideth for whom He will. And He is the Strong, the Mighty.” (42:19)

6:34 And He is the All-Powerful, the Exalted in Might.

6:39 Allah is Kind to His servants; He provides for whom He wills.

6:44 And He is the All-Powerful, whom no one can overcome due to His might.

6:48 And nothing can prevent Him when He wills to punish by His power.

6:53 The Exalted in Might in His retribution when He takes vengeance upon those who disobey Him.

6:59 Whoever desires the harvest of the Hereafter, We increase for him in his harvest.

7:05 And whoever desires the harvest of the world, We give him thereof.

7:11 “Whoso desireth the harvest of the Hereafter, We give him increase in its harvest. And whoso desireth the harvest of the world, We give him thereof, and he hath no portion in the Hereafter.” (42:20)

7:19 Whoever desires the Hereafter through his deeds, We increase for him in his good deeds.

7:24 So We make for every one good deed ten like it.

7:27 And whoever desires the world through his deeds, and strives for it, not for the Hereafter.

7:33 We give him thereof what We have decreed for him.

7:36 And there is no share in the Hereafter for those who sought only the world through their deeds and did not desire Allah.

7:42 “Or have they partners (of Allah) who have made lawful for them in religion that which Allah allowed not? And but for a decisive word (gone forth already), it would have been judged between them. Lo! for wrong-doers is a painful doom.” (42:21)

7:51 “Or have they partners (of Allah) who have made lawful for them in religion that which Allah allowed not? And but for a decisive word (gone forth already), it would have been judged between them. Lo! for wrong-doers is a painful doom.” (42:21)

8:10 And were it not for the prior decree from Allah that He would not hasten the punishment for them in this world.

8:16 He would have finished the judgment between you and them by hastening the punishment for them in this world.

8:22 And indeed, the disbelievers in Allah will have a painful punishment on the Day of Resurrection.

8:29 “Thou seest the wrong-doers fearful of that which they have earned, and it will surely befall them, while those who believe and do good works (will be) in flowering meadows of the Gardens, having what they wish from their Lord. This is the great preferment.” (42:22)

8:44 They will have whatever they wish with their Lord.

9:07 And that which they fear of the punishment of Allah will befall them, and they will inevitably taste it.

9:14 And those who believed in Allah and obeyed Him in what He commanded and forbade.

9:19 Will be in the lush gardens of Paradise.

9:23 They will have whatever their souls desire and whatever delights their eyes.

9:27 That is the great success that surpasses all other blessings.

9:34 “This it is which Allah announceth unto His bondmen who believe and do good works. Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee therefor, save lovingkindness among kinsfolk. And whoso scoreth a good deed We add unto its good for him. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Responsive.” (42:23)

10:02 This which I have informed you of regarding the bliss and honor.

10:06 Is the good news that Allah gives to His servants who believed in Him in this world.

10:11 And practiced obedience to Him therein.

10:14 Say, O Muhammad: I do not ask of you, O people, any compensation from your wealth for that to which I invite you of the truth.

10:23 Say: I do not ask of you any reward for it, O people of Quraysh.

10:27 Except that you show love to me for my kinship with you and maintain the ties of relationship that exist between us.

10:34 And whoever does a good deed, We will increase for him that good deed.

10:39 So We will make for every one good deed ten like it.

10:42 Indeed, Allah is Forgiving of the sins of His servants.

10:45 Appreciative of their good deeds and their obedience to Him.

10:50 “Or say they: He hath invented a lie concerning Allah? If Allah willed, He could have sealed thy heart (against them). And Allah will wipe out the lie and will vindicate the truth by His words. Lo! He is Aware of what is hidden in the breasts (of men).” (42:24)

10:55 “Or say they: He hath invented a lie concerning Allah? If Allah willed, He could have sealed thy heart (against them). And Allah will wipe out the lie and will vindicate the truth by His words. Lo! He is Aware of what is hidden in the breasts (of men).” (42:24)

11:17 Muhammad has fabricated a lie against Allah.

11:20 And brought this which he recites to us as a fabrication from his own self.

11:25 But if Allah willed, O Muhammad, He could seal your heart.

11:30 So you would forget this Qur'an which was revealed to you.

11:33 And Allah eliminates falsehood and establishes the truth.

11:37 And He confirms the truth by His words which He revealed to you, O Muhammad.

11:43 Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of what is in the breasts of His creation.

11:47 Nothing of their affairs is hidden from Him.

11:51 “And He it is Who accepteth repentance from His bondmen, and pardoneth the evil deeds, and knoweth what ye do,” (42:25)

11:55 And He pardons the sins.

12:01 And He knows what you do.

12:06 And Allah is the One who accepts the repentance of the servant if he returns to the Oneness of Allah.

12:11 And He pardons him for his sinful deeds.

12:16 And your Lord knows, O people, what you do of good and evil.

12:21 And He will recompense you for all of that.

12:25 “And accepteth those who do good works, and giveth increase unto them of His bounty. And as for disbelievers, theirs will be an awful doom.” (42:26)

12:34 “And accepteth those who do good works, and giveth increase unto them of His bounty. And as for disbelievers, theirs will be an awful doom.” (42:26)

12:41 And Allah answers those who believe in Allah and His Messenger.

12:45 And act according to what Allah has commanded them.

12:48 By accepting the supplication of some for others.

12:51 And He increases those who believe and do righteous deeds out of His bounty.

12:55 By giving them what they did not ask for.

12:58 And the disbelievers in Allah will have a severe punishment on the Day of Resurrection.
